1. Operation Screen Display

This display mode of Controller.

This display as load rate % a
material loaded in weighing section
on Belt

This display as value(t/h) the
quantity passing through a belt now.

This display accumulated integrated
guantity

This display setting LINE number
'[01]' and internal memory number '

2. How to set Parameter

1) The screen like below display 2) By pressing key, move to parameter

when pressing key setting screen

in operation screen

4) When you change parameter ,press key, then white input window
will display in bottom line.
when input window display,press a number and key,
it will go to desired parameter

Ex)When parameter 43'setting value want

After confirming cursor is located in [No.],

Blue shaded area is cursor..

Press key to move down ,change the

setting value.

If press key while the cursor is located,

input
window display and you can input a value..

☞ After parameter change is finished, press key,
operation screen will display.

3. CALIBRATION

1) In operation screen, when you press key, below screen will display.

☞ press key to go former screen.

1-1) Integrated Zero Adjustment

☞ It will start when belt is on
No-load state.

① Start belt in No-load state.
② When the belt operated at a steady rate,

press key , and Integrated Zero

adjustment start.
③ When it arrives a standard pulse, Controller
stop calculating automatically.

④ If you press the key after

calculating, integrated Zero value is inputted.
⑤ After doing once more ①~③ ,
when Integrated Zero value is in scope
of ±0.12%,
adjustment is finished.

☞ press key to go to former screen.

press key to go to Integrated Span

adjustment screen.

1-2) Integrated Span adjustment

☞ After raising a weight to start,
go start.

① After raising a weight, start a belt.
② When the belt operated at a steady rate,
please check the cursor is located in Span

location. And If you press key,

Integrated Span adjustment will be started.
④ On adjustment ,integrated value is
displayed in 'Cal 1',
present Pulse value is displayed in 'Cal 3'
⑤ When it arrives a standard pulse, Controller
stop calculating automatically.
new calculated Span value is displayed in'Cal 3'

press key,new calculated Span value

is inputted.
⑥ After doing 3 times a ①~⑤, when average value is in scope of ±0.25%,
adjustment is finished.
note) Adjustment is completed, you don’t need to press ,

press key, and confirm Integrated value

4. Error revision

* Need error revision for after material feed

1) By changing parameter No.43, a error can be revised.

Now SPAN(P.43's value) x real quantity (100.00) / indication value (99.45) =

-> 0.151384 x 100.00 / 99.45 = 0.152221

input 0.152221 in P43, and revised

☞ After changing a parameter,press key to go to operation screen.
