A FAIRE

νSi un accident se produit, passez de l'eau froide immédiatement sur la brûlure et appelez un médecin si nécessaire.

νLes fumées de cuisson peuvent être dangereuses pour les animaux ayant un système de respiration particulièrement sensible, comme les oiseaux. Nous conseillons aux propriétaires d'oiseaux de les éloigner du lieu de cuisson.

νEnlever tous les emballages, autocollants ou accessoires divers à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur de l'appareil.

νDérouler entièrement le cordon.

νSi l'appareil est utilisé au centre de la table, le mettre hors de portée des enfants.

νLors de la première utilisation, nettoyer l'appareil et ses accessoires avec un linge humide.

νSi une rallonge électrique est utilisée, elle doit être de section au moins équivalente et avec prise de terre incorporée. (pour les produits avec terre).

νSi une rallonge électrique est utilisée, elle doit être de section au moins équivalente (pour les produits sans terre)

νNe brancher l'appareil que sur une prise avec terre incorporée.

νVeillez à l'emplacement du cordon avec ou sans rallonge, prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires afin de ne pas gêner la circulation des convives autour de la table de telle sorte que personne ne s'entrave dedans.

νVérifier que l'installation électrique est compatible avec la puissance et la tension indiquées sous l'appareil.

νCet appareil n'est pas destiné à être mis en fonctionnement au moyen d'une minuterie extérieure ou par un système de commande à distance séparé .

νLors de la première utilisation, un léger dégagement d'odeur ou de fumée peut se produire.

A NE PAS FAIRE

νNe jamais utiliser l'appareil à vide.

νPour éviter la surchauffe de l'appareil, ne pas le placer dans un coin ou contre un mur.

νNe jamais placer votre appareil directement sur un support fragile (table en verre, nappe, meuble verni…) ou sur un support de type nappe plastique.

νNe pas poser d'ustensile de cuisson sur les surfaces de cuisson de l'appareil.

νCet appareil ne doit pas être immergé.

νNe jamais plonger dans l'eau l'appareil ni le boitier de commande ni le cordon.

INSTALLATION

νPlacez votre cuiseur sur un plan de travail stable.

νNettoyez l’appareil (débranché) et ses accessoires avec un linge humide , séchez.

MISE EN ROUTE ET CUISSON :

Nous vous conseillons de sortir vos œufs à l’avance, pour qu’ils soient à température ambiante avant la cuisson.

Vous pouvez choisir 3 modes de cuisson pour les œufs.

Les graduations sur le gobelet sont données à titre indicatif, les résultats dépendent de la nature et de la taille des œufs.

ŒUFS À LA COQUE ŒUFS MOLLETS ŒUFS DURS

νRemplissez la partie inférieure de l’appareil avec de l’eau froide en fonction du type de cuisson choisi.

νUtilisez le gobelet gradué pour la quantité d’eau nécessaire (1 à 2)

νMettez le support à œufs sur la partie inférieure de l’appareil.

νRetournez le gobelet gradué et posez le à plat.

νPrenez chaque œuf et appuyez le sur le pique-œuf afin que la coquille soit percée, ceci pour éviter que l’œuf ne craquèle pendant la cuisson. (3).

νDisposez les œufs régulièrement dans le support à œufs. (4). Veillez à les placer de manière à ce que le perçage soit sur le dessus

νPositionnez le couvercle correctement au dessus du support. (5)

νDéroulez complètement le cordon d’alimentation et branchez.

νMettez l’interrupteur sur la position I. (6)

νPendant la cuisson une légère vapeur chaude s’échappe par la petite ouverture au-dessus du couvercle, ceci est tout à fait normal. (7)

Ne pas mettre les mains au-dessus de cet orifice pendant la cuisson.

FIN DE CUISSON :

νLorsque l’eau s’est évaporée, un signal sonore avertit de la fin de cuisson.

νMettez l’interrupteur sur la position O. (8)

νL’appareil cesse de fonctionner. Les œufs sont prêts.

νEnlevez le couvercle en utilisant des gants de cuisson, l’appareil est encore chaud, la vapeur chaude s’échappe dès l’ouverture du couvercle. (9)

νSaisissez le support des œufs (avec des gants culinaires si nécessaire) par la poignée. (10)

νSortez le support de l’appareil et passez-le sous l’eau froide pour refroidir les œufs. (11)

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN :

νAvant tout entretien ou nettoyage, débranchez et laissez refroidir l’appareil.

νLe couvercle et le support à œufs se nettoient à l’eau avec un produit vaisselle.

νEssuyez l’extérieur de l’appareil, le cordon avec un linge humide.

νLaissez sécher.

νFaites-le régulièrement, idéalement après chaque utilisation.

DETARTRAGE

νL’appareil doit être détartré de temps en temps, de préférence une fois par mois, suivant la fréquence d’utilisation et plus souvent si l’eau est très calcaire.

νPour détartrer votre appareil. Utilisez :

-20g de vinaigre additionné d’une mesure/gobelet d’eau

-Mettez ce liquide dans la partie inférieure de l'appareil.

-Faites chauffer ce mélange 10 mn sans couvercle.

-Arrêtez l’appareil, débranchez, videz le liquide.

-Rincez la coupe de cuisson avec une éponge humide.

-Laissez sécher l’appareil.

-Attendez le refroidissement complet de l’appareil avant de le ranger.

νUnwind the cord completely.

νIf the appliance is used at the centre of the table, place it away from the reach of children.

νWhen used for the first time, clean the appliance and its accessories using a damp cloth.

νPosition the power cord carefully, whether an extension is used or not, so that people can move freely around the table without tripping over it.

REFRAIN FROM

νNever use the appliance when empty.

νTo prevent overheating the appliance, do not place in a corner or against a wall.

INSTALLATION

νPlace your cooker on a flat, stable, heat & water-resistant work surface.

νClean the appliance (unplugged) and its accessories using a damp cloth and dry.

START-UP AND COOKING:

We recommend that you take the eggs out of the fridge in advance so that they are at room temperature before cooking.

You can choose three cooking modes for the eggs.

The markings on the water jug are for information only; the results depend on the type and size of eggs. BOILED EGGS

SOFT BOILED EGGS

HARD BOILED EGGS

νFill the lower part of the appliance with cold water depending on the cooking method selected.

νUse the water jug for the quantity of water required (1 to 2).

νPlace the egg holder on the lower part of the appliance.

νTurn the water jug and position it so it is flat with the egg piercing spike uppermost.

νTake each egg and place it on the Egg piercing spike so that the shell is pierced, to prevent the egg from cracking during cooking. (3).

νPosition the eggs evenly around the egg holder. (4). Make sure to place the eggs in such a way that the opening is at the top.

νPlace the lid correctly on the egg holder. (5).

νUnwind the power cord completely and plug in.

νMove the switch to the I position. (6).

νDuring cooking some hot steam will escape through the small opening on the top of the lid, this is completely normal. (7).

Do not place hands over this opening in the lid during cooking.

END OF COOKING:

νWhen the water has evaporated, a beep sounds to advise that cooking has ended.

νMove the switch to the O position. (8).

νThe indicator light goes out and the appliance stops operating. The eggs are ready.

νRemove the lid using oven gloves as the appliance is still hot and hot steam escapes through the opening on the lid. (9).

νGrab the egg holder by the handle (using oven gloves if necessary). (10).

νRemove the egg holder from the appliance and run under cold water to cool the eggs. (11).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

νBefore any cleaning or maintenance, unplug and leave the appliance to cool.

νThe lid and egg holder are cleaned using water and washing up liquid.

νWipe the appliance exterior and the cord using a damp cloth.

νLeave to dry.

νDo this regularly, ideally after each use.

DESCALING

νThe appliance must be descaled from time to time, preferably once a month, depending on how often it is used and more frequently if the water has a high calcium content.

νTo descale your appliance. Use:

-20 g of commercially available white vinegar added to a jug of water;

-Place the liquid in the lower part of the appliance;

-Allow to heat for 10 mins without a lid;

-Stop the appliance, unplug and empty out the liquid;

-Rinse the cooking bowl using a damp sponge;

-Leave the appliance to cool;

-Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT!

Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled.

Leave it at a local civic waste collection point or an approved service centre.

WAS ZU TUN IST

νIm Falle eines Unfalls lassen Sie bitte sofort kaltes Wasser über die Verbrennung laufen und rufen Sie gegebenenfalls einen Arzt.

νDie Kochdämpfe können für Tiere mit einem besonders empfindlichen Atemsystem wie Vögel eine Gefahr darstellen. Vogelhaltern wird empfohlen, die Tiere vom Kochplatz fern zu halten.

νEntfernen Sie alle Verpackungsteile, Aufkleber und sämtliches Zubehör innerhalb und außerhalb des Geräts.

νRollen Sie das Kabel vollständig ab.

νWenn das Gerät in der Tischmitte verwendet wird, stellen Sie es außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.

νReinigen Sie das Gerät und sein Zubehör bei der ersten Verwendung mit einem feuchten Lappen.

νWenn ein Verlängerungskabel verwendet wird, muss es mindestens den gleichen Querschnitt und eine eigene Erdung besitzen.

νSchließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine geerdete Steckdose an.

νAchten Sie auf die Positionierung des Stromkabels mit oder ohne Verlängerungskabel und treffen Sie alle erforderlichen Vorkehrungen, so dass die Bewegungsfreiheit der Gäste bei Tisch nicht beeinträchtigt wird und sich niemand darin verfängt.

νÜberprüfen Sie, ob Ihre elektrische Anlage mit den Leistungsund Spannungsangaben am Boden des Gerätes übereinstimmt.

WAS SIE NICHT TUN DÜRFEN

νNehmen Sie das Gerät nie leer in Betrieb.

νUm eine Überhitzung des Geräts zu vermeiden, darf dieses nicht in Ecken oder an einer Wand aufgestellt werden.

νDas Gerät darf nicht direkt auf empfindliche Unterlagen (Glastisch, Tischtuch, lackierte Möbel, etc.) oder auf Tischtücher aus Kunststoff gestellt werden.

νLegen Sie keine Kochutensilien auf die Kochflächen des Geräts.

νTauchen Sie das Gerät und das Kabel nicht ins Wasser.

AUFBAU

νStellen Sie Ihren Eierkocher auf eine stabile Arbeitsfläche.

νReinigen Sie das vom Stromkreis getrennte und abgekühlte Gerät und sein Zubehör mit einem feuchten Lappen und trocknen Sie es ab.

INBETRIEBNAHME UND KOCHVORGANG:

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Eier im Voraus aus dem Kühlschrank zu nehmen, damit sie vor dem Kochen Umgebungstemperatur besitzen.

Sie können drei Kocharten für die Eier wählen.

Die Skala auf dem Becker dient als Richtwert. Die Ergebnisse hängen von der Art und Größe der Eier ab. WEICH GEKOCHTE EIER

MITTEL GEKOCHTE EIER

HART GEKOCHTE EIER

νFüllen Sie die Kochschale des Geräts entsprechend des gewünschten Kochgrads mit kaltem Wasser.

νVerwenden Sie den Becher mit Skala, um die erforderliche Wassermenge abzumessen (1 bis 2).

νStellen Sie den Eierhalter in den unteren Teil des Geräts.

νDrehen Sie den Becher um und stellen Sie ihn gerade hin.

νNehmen Sie jedes Ei und drücken Sie es auf den Eierstecher, damit die Schale durchstochen wird. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass das Ei während des Kochens platzt. (3).

νVerteilen Sie die Eier gleichmäßig im Eierhalter. (4). Achten Sie darauf, sie so zu platzieren, dass das Loch nach oben zeigt.

νSetzen Sie den Deckel richtig auf den Halter. (5)

νRollen Sie das Stromkabel vollständig ab und schließen Sie es an.

νSchalten Sie den Schalter auf die Position I. (6)

νWährend des Kochens tritt etwas heißer Dampf aus der kleinen Öffnung oben am Deckel aus. Das ist absolut normal. (7)

Halten Sie während des Kochens nicht die Hände über diese Öffnung.

ENDE DES KOCHVORGANGS:

νWenn das Wasser verdampft ist, informiert ein Tonsignal über das Ende des Kochvorgangs.

νSchalten Sie den Schalter auf die Position O. (8)

νDie Kontrollleuchte erlischt. Das Gerät schaltet sich ab. Die Eier sind fertig.

νNehmen Sie den Deckel mit Kochhandschuhen ab. Das Gerät ist noch heiß, es tritt heißer Dampf aus der Deckelöffnung aus. (9)

νGreifen Sie den Eierhalter (falls erforderlich mit den Kochhandschuhen) am Griff. (10)

νNehmen Sie den Eierhalter aus dem Gerät und halten Sie ihn unter kaltes Wasser, um die Eier abzuschrecken. (11)

REINIGUNG UND INSTANDHALTUNG:

νTrennen Sie das Gerät vor jeglicher Reinigung oder Instandhaltung vom Stromkreis und lassen Sie es abkühlen.

νDer Deckel und der Eierhalter werden mit Wasser und Spülmittel gereinigt.

νWischen Sie die Außenseite des Geräts und das Stromkabel mit einem feuchten Lappen ab.

νLassen Sie sie trocknen.

νTun Sie dies regelmäßig, idealerweise nach jeder Verwendung.
