Indicaciones de seguridad .

• Preste siempre atención de colocarlo sobre una superficie
a nivel y protegida contra vuelco.

• Controle periódicamente la estabilidad durante el aserrado.

• Las garras de metal están afiladas ¡ Peligro de lesiones!

• Lleve siempre puesto durante el trabajo guantes de protección
y calzados de seguridad. Lleve puestas en su caso gafas
protectoras.

• No coloque durante el aserrado un pie sobre los travesaños

Montaje

1. Atornille 3 x 2 apoyos inclinados trespectivamente formando una “X”
tal como muestra la figura. Inserte el tornillo grueso M8x15

para el

ensamblaje entre sí y en el orificio rasgado los tornillos pequeños M6x8

w

con 2 arandelas respectivamente. Apriete las tuercas autoblocantes lo
suficiente de modo que permita plegar y desplegar los apoyos inclinados

sin dejar holgura.

2. Atornille en la parte inferior los puntales transversales

u

, y en el lado

opuesto respectivo ambos puntales diagonales

y

, tal como muestra la

figura. Utilice para esta operación los tornillos pequeños M6x8

e

. Para
la fijación de los travesaños entre sí, se han de usar los dos tornillos largos
M6x25

. Apriete firmemente estas uniones roscadas.

3. Atornille al final en sendos apoyos inclinados exteriores

las 4 asas en

la parte superior

tal como aparece representado. Utilice para esta

operación los tornillos pequeños M6x8

. Apriete firmemente estas

uniones roscadas.

Limpieza y Mantenimiento.

Elimine la suciedad con una escoba de mano. Mantenga las bisagras suaves,
en su caso con unas gotas de aceite lubricante.
Guarde el caballete de aserrado siempre en un lugar seco.

Montage

1. Schrauben Sie 3 x je 2 Schrägstützen tzu einem “X” zusammen, wie
aus dem Bild ersichtlich. Setzen Sie die dicke Schraube M8x15

für die
Verbindung untereinander ein, und in das Langloch die kleinen Schrauben
M6x8

w

mit jeweils 2 Unterlegscheiben. Ziehen Sie die selbstsichernden

Muttern nur so fest, dass sich die Schrägstützen

t

zwar noch gut ausein-

ander klappen lassen, aber ansonsten möglichst kein Spiel haben.

2. Schrauben Sie unten die beiden Querstreben

u

an, und jeweils gegen-

überliegend die beiden Diagonalstreben

y

, wie aus dem Bild ersichtlich.

Verwenden Sie hierfür die kleinen Schrauben M6x8

e

. Für die Befesti­gung der beiden Streben übereinander sind die beiden langen Schrau­ben M6x25

r

vorgesehen. Ziehen Sie diese Schraubverbindungen gut

fest.

3. Schrauben Sie zum Schluss an die jeweils äußeren Schrägstützen

oben die 4 Handgriffe i an, wie gezeichnet. Verwenden Sie hierzu die
kleinen Schrauben M6x8

. Ziehen Sie diese Schraubverbindungen gut

fest.

Reinigen und Wartung

Entfernen Sie Verschmutzungen nur mit einem Handfeger. Halten Sie die
Scharniere gängig, eventuell mit ein paar Tropfen Schmieröl.
Lagern Sie den Sägebock stets trocken.

Montaggio

1. Avvitare i 3 x 2 supporti obliqui tfino a ottenere una “X”, come eviden­ziato dall'immagine. Inserire la vite spessa M8x15

per la connessione

sottostante, e nel foro lungo le due viti piccole M6x8

con 2 rondelle.

Avvitare i dati autobloccanti solo nella misura in cui i supporti obliqui

possano ancora aprirsi, senza tuttavia presentare alcun gioco.

2. Avvitare sotto entrambi i puntoni trasversali

, e i due puntoni diagonali

, come evidenziato dall'immagine. Utilizzare a tale scopo le viti

piccole M6x8

. Per il fissaggio dei due puntoni uno sull'altro sono state

previste le due viti lunghe M6x25

. Avvitare saldamente tali connessioni

3. Per finire, ai supporti obliqui esterni

avvitare in alto le 4 maniglie i,

così come illustrato. Utilizzare a tale scopo le viti piccole M6x8

Avvitare saldamente tali connessioni a vite.

Pulizia e manutenzione .

Rimuovere lo sporco solo con una scopa. Mantenere le cerniere in
condizioni di buona mobilità, oliandole con qualche goccia di lubrificante.
Riporre il cavalletto solo se asciutto.

Safety advice .

• Always pay heed to a stable (non-tilt) and level positioning.

• Regularly check the stability of the sawhorse during sawing.

• The metal claws are sharp – risk of personal injury!

• When sawing, always wear protective gloves and safety
shoes. If need be, also wear safety goggles.

• NEVER place a foot on the bracings

Assembly

1. Screw together 2 slant supports t, as shown in the diagramme, to make
3 “X” frames. Use the thick screws M8x15

for the main connection bet-

ween them, and the small screws M6x8

, each with two washers, in the
slotted hole. Tighten the self-locking nut sufficiently to allow the slant sup­ports

t

to be easily drawn apart, but with as little further free play as

possible.

2. Screw the two cross bracings

u

on to the bottom, and the two diagonal

bracings

opposite each other, as shown in the diagramme. For these,

use the small screws M6x8

e

. The two longer screws, M6x25 r, are in­tended for the one above the other securing of the two bracings. Tighten
all of these screw connections well.

3. To finish, screw the 4 hand grips

to the top of each of the outer slant

supports

t

as shown in the diagramme. For these use the small screws

M6x8

e

. Tighten these screw connections well.

Cleaning and Maintenance .

Remove soiling only with a handbrush. Keep the hinges free-moving, maybe
with a couple of drops of lubricating oil.
Always store the saw-horse in a dry location.
