Indicaciones de seguridad

 ¡Peligro de descarga eléctrica!

• Conecte el secador de pelo únicamente a una
base de enchufe instalada conforme a la norma­tiva para una tensión de red de 220-240 V y
50 Hz.

• De ningún modo debe sumergir el secador en
un líquido y no debe permitir que entre líquido
en la carcasa del aparato. El aparato no debe
estar expuesto a humedad ni utilizarlo tampoco
a la intemperie. Si por cualquier motivo penetrase
líquido en la carcasa del aparato, extraiga la
clavija de red de la base de enchufe y entrégue­selo a personal especialista cualificado para su
reparación.

• Nunca utilice el aparato cerca del agua, especial­mente en la proximidad de lavabos, bañeras o
recipientes similares .
La proximidad del agua supone un riesgo aunque
esté desconectado el aparato. Por ello, extraiga
la clavija de red después de cada uso. Como
protección adicional, se recomienda la instala­ción en el cuarto de baño de un interruptor di­ferencial para corrientes de fuga con una cor­riente de disparo menor 30 mA. Pida consejo
a su instalador eléctrico.

• Antes de limpiar el secador o en caso de que se
produzca un fallo de funcionamiento, extraiga
siempre la clavija de red del enchufe.

• Extraiga la clavija de red de la base de enchufe,
no tire del cable.

• No enrolle el cable de red alrededor del secador
de pelo y protéjalo ante posibles daños.

• Para evitar riesgos permita que el técnico espe­cialista cualificado cambie e cable de red
dañado.

• No doble o aplaste el cable de red y colóquelo
de modo que nadie lo pueda pisar o tropiece
con él.

• No debe usar ningún prolongador de cable.

• No toque el secador, el cable ni la clavija de
red con las manos mojadas.

• Separe el secador de la red eléctrica inmediata­mente después de su uso. Sólo si extrae la clavija
de red del enchufe, estará totalmente libre de
corriente.

• No le está permitido abrir o reparar la carcasa
del secador. En este caso no estará protegido y
perderá el derecho a la garantía. El secador de
pelo sólo debe ser reparado por técnicos espe­cialistas cualificados.

 Peligro de incendio y de lesiones

• No permita utilizar el aparato a personas (inclui­dos los niños) cuyas facultades físicas, sensoriales
o mentales, así como su falta de conocimientos
o de experiencia, les impida hacer un uso seguro
del mismo si no están bajo vigilancia o han sido
instruidos correctamente. Vigile a los niños para
asegurarse de que no juegan con el aparato.

• Nunca deje el secador de pelo encendido y
nunca deje desatendido el aparato cuando esté
encendido.

• Nunca deje el secador de pelo cerca de fuentes
de calor y proteja el cable de red contra posibles
daños.

• Si se cae el secador o se encuentra dañado, no
deberá ponerlo de nuevo en servicio. Deje que
compruebe el aparato personal especialista
cualificado y en su caso que lo repare.

• No cubra la rejilla de aspiración de aire durante
el funcionamiento. Límpielo periódicamente.

• El secador de pelo se calienta durante el funciona­miento. Si está caliente, sujételo únicamente por
el mango.

Uso conforme al previsto

El secador de pelo sirve para secar y peinar cabello
humano, no debe utilizarse con pelucas o partes
del pelo de material sintético. El secador de pelo es
de uso exclusivo para el hogar. Tenga en cuenta
toda la información contenida en estas instrucciones
de uso, en especial, las indicaciones de seguridad.

Á Inserte la clavija de red en la base de enchufe.
Á Encienda el secador de pelo con el interruptor

de niveles de ventilador

El secador de pelo está equipado con dos interrup­tores de función. Con ellos podrá seleccionar por
separado la intensidad del caudal de aire (interrup­tor de nivel de ventilador

Á Después de su uso apague el aparato poniendo

Secar y moldear el cabello

Á Para un secado de pelo rápido recomendamos

encender al principio el secador a una tempera­tura y velocidad de ventilador altas durante un
breve tiempo. Reduzca a continuación la
potencia a un nivel más bajo para moldear el
peinado.

Con la boquilla de moldeado

incluida, que puede
girarse en cualquier posición, podrá dirigir el flujo
de aire para moldear el peinado.
Si desea que su pelo esté especialmente seco, o
quiere crear un efecto de «permanente secada al
aire» utilice el difusor de dedos

Sólo se debe embalar y transportar el secador
de pelo una vez se haya enfriado. De otro
modo podría dañar otros objetos.

Limpieza

 ¡Peligro por descarga eléctrica!

Antes de limpiar el secador de pelo, extraiga
la clavija de red de la base de enchufe.

Limpiar la carcasa

Á Utilice un paño ligeramente humedecido con

solución jabonosa suave para limpiar la carcasa.

Limpieza de la rejilla de aspiración de aire

 ¡Peligro de incendio!

Limpie con regularidad la rejilla de aspiración de
aire

con un cepillo suave.

Á Comprima la rejilla de aspiración de aire

por
arriba y por abajo para poder soltarla del seca­dor.

Á Limpie la abertura la rejilla de aspiración de

aire

con un cepillo suave.

Á Inserte la ranura de fijación superior de la rejilla de

aspiración de aire

en la contrarranura del seca­dor dispuesta para ello. Empuje entonces también el
bloqueo inferior del secador hasta que se oiga que
la rejilla de aspiración de aire

encaja.

¡ Peligro por descarga eléctrica!

Antes de volver a utilizar el secador después de
la limpieza, éste debe estar completamente
seco.

Eliminación de fallos

Si el secador de pelo no funciona como es debido,
extraiga la clavija de red de la base de enchufe y
déjelo enfriar durante unos minutos. El aparato está
equipado con una protección contra sobreca­lentamiento. Si el aparato sigue sin funcionar con­tacte con el centro de servicio técnico indicado en
«Garantía y asistencia técnica».

Evacuación

En ningún caso deberá tirar el aparato a la

basura doméstica.

Evacue el aparato en un centro de evacuación auto­rizado a través de las instalaciones de evacuación
comunitarias. Preste atención a las normas en vigor.
En caso de dudas póngase en contacto con su centro
de evacuación.

Evacue todos los materiales de embalaje de
forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

desde la fecha de compra. El aparato ha sido fabri­cado cuidadosamente y ha sido probado antes de
su entrega. Guarde el comprobante de caja como
justificante de compra. Si necesitara hacer uso de
la garantía, póngase en contacto por telé-fono con
su punto de servicio habitual. Éste es el único modo
de garantizar un envío gratuito.
La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o del
material, pero no las piezas sujetas a desgaste y
los daños sufridos por las piezas frágiles (p. ej. el
interruptor o las pilas). Este producto ha sido dise­ñado exclusivamente para el uso particular y no
para el uso industrial. En caso de un tratamiento
inadecuado e indebido, uso de la fuerza bruta e
intervenciones por asistencia técnica distinta a la

Avvertenze di sicurezza

 Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

• Collegare l'asciugacapelli solo a una presa di
rete installata a norma con tensione di rete di
220-240 V, con 50 Hz.

• Non immergere mai l'asciugacapelli in liquidi e
impedire la penetrazione di liquidi nell'alloggia­mento dell'asciugacapelli. Non esporre l'appa­recchio ad alcun tipo di umidità e non utilizzarlo al­l'aperto. In caso di infiltrazioni di liquidi
nell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio, disinserire
subito la spina dalla presa di rete e farlo riparare
da personale specializzato qualificato.

• Non utilizzare mai l'apparecchio in prossimità
dell'acqua, soprattutto di lavandini, vasche da
bagno o simili .
La vicinanza all'acqua rappresenta un pericolo
anche ad apparecchio spento. Staccare sempre
la spina dopo ogni utilizzo. Come protezione
aggiuntiva si consiglia l'installazione di un disposi­tivo di protezione per correnti di dispersione con
una corrente di apertura di misurazione di non
oltre 30 mA nel circuito della stanza da bagno.
Consultare il proprio elettricista.

• Disinserire la spina dalla presa di rete in caso di
malfunzionamento e prima di pulire l'asciugaca­pelli.

• Tirare sempre dalla spina, mai dal cavo.

• Non avvolgere il cavo di rete intorno all'asciuga­capelli e proteggerlo dai danni.

• Fare sostituire il cavo danneggiato da personale
specializzato qualificato, per evitare rischi.

• Non piegare o schiacciare il cavo e collocarlo
in modo tale che non costituisca intralcio o
inciampo.

• Non usare cavi di prolunga.

• Non afferrare mai l'asciugacapelli, il cavo e la
spina di rete con le mani umide.

• Scollegare l'asciugacapelli dalla rete di corrente
subito dopo l'uso. Solo quando la spina viene di­sinserita dalla presa, l'apparecchio è completa­mente privo di alimentazione elettrica.

• Non è consentito aprire l'alloggiamento dell'asciu­gacapelli o tentare di ripararlo. Aprendolo ci si
espone a pericoli e la garanzia decade. Fare
riparare l'asciugacapelli guasto solo da perso­nale qualificato specializzato.

 Pericolo di incendio e lesioni

• Questo apparecchio non è indicato per l'uso da
parte di persone (inclusi bambini) con limitate
capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o prive
dell'esperienza e/o della conoscenza necessaria,
a meno che tali persone non vengano sorvegliate
da un responsabile per la sicurezza o abbiano
ricevuto indicazioni sull'impiego dell'apparecchio.
Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non
giochino con l'apparecchio.

• Non poggiare mai l'asciugacapelli acceso e non
lasciare mai l'apparecchio acceso e incustodito.

• Non collocare mai l'asciugacapelli in prossimità
di fonti di calore e proteggere il cavo di rete dai
danni.

• Qualora l'asciugacapelli sia caduto o danneggiato,
non dev'essere più messo in funzione. Fare con­trollare l'apparecchio da personale specializzato
e farlo eventualmente riparare.

• Non coprire la griglia di aerazione durante il
funzionamento. Pulire regolarmente l'apparecchio.

• L'asciugacapelli si surriscalda durante il funzio­namento. Quando è surriscaldato, afferrarlo
solo dall'impugnatura.

Uso conforme

L'asciugacapelli serve all'asciugatura e alla messa
in piega di capelli umani, non di parrucche e posticci
in materiale sintetico. Utilizzare l'asciugacapelli
esclusivamente in ambiente domestico privato. At­tenersi a tutte le informazioni contenute nel presente
manuale di istruzioni, in particolare per quanto
riguarda le avvertenze di sicurezza.

Asciugatura e messa in piega

Á Per un'asciugatura rapida dei capelli, consigliamo

di impostare prima un alto livello di ventilazione
e di calore per breve tempo. Passare quindi a un
livello più basso, per ottenere la messa in piega.

Con l'acclusa bocchetta per messa in piega

Pulizia

 Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

Prima di pulire l'asciugacapelli, staccare sempre
la spina dalla presa di rete.

Pulizia dell'alloggiamento

Á Utilizzare un panno leggermente imbevuto di so-

luzione detergente per ripulire l'alloggiamento.

Pulizia della griglia di aspirazione

 Pericolo d'incendio!

Pulire la griglia di aspirazione wa scadenze rego­lari utilizzando una spazzola morbida.

Á Premere la griglia di aspirazione

contempo­raneamente dall'alto e dal basso, in modo da
rimuoverla dall'asciugacapelli.

 Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

Prima di riutilizzare l'asciugacapelli dopo la pulizia,
assicurarsi che sia completamente asciutto.

Soluzioni in caso di
malfunzionamenti

Se l'asciugacapelli non funziona come dovrebbe,
staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e fare
raffreddare l'apparecchio per qualche minuto.
L'apparecchio è dotato di protezione dal surriscal­damento! Se l'apparecchio continuasse a non fun­zionare, rivolgersi ai centri di assistenza indicati
alla voce "Garanzia e assistenza".

Smaltimento

Non gettare per alcun motivo l'apparecchio
insieme ai normali rifiuti domestici.

Smaltire l'apparecchio presso un'azienda autoriz­zata o presso l'ente comunale di smaltimento.
Rispettare le prescrizioni attualmente in vigore.
In caso di dubbio mettersi in contatto con l'ente
di smaltimento competente.

Smaltire tutto il materiale di imballaggio
in modo ecocompatibile.

Safety information

 Risk of electrocution!

• Connect the hair dryer only to correctly installed
and earthed power sockets with a mains voltage
of 220-240 V at 50 Hz.

• Under no circumstances may the hair dryer be
submerged in fluids, or fluids be permitted to enter
the appliance housing. Do not expose the appli­ance to humidity and do not use it outdoors.
Should liquids enter the housing, unplug the
appliance from the power socket immediately
and arrange for it to be repaired by a qualified
technician.

• Never use the appliance near water, particularly
not near sinks, baths or other vessels. .
The proximity of moisture presents a risk, even
when the appliance is switched off. After use,
always remove the plug from the power socket.
As additional protection, the installation of a
faulty-current protection unit with an activation
power rating of not more than 30 mA is recom­mended for the power circuit in the bathroom.
Ask your electrician for advice.

• Unplug the hair dryer from the power socket if
defective operation is apparent and before
cleaning it.

• To disconnect, pull only on the plug itself, not
on the cable.

• Do not wrap the power cable around the hair
dryer and protect the cable from damage.

• Never touch the hair dryer, the power cable or
the plug with wet hands.

• Separate the hair dryer from the power source
immediately after use. The appliance is comple­tely free of electrical power only when you
unplug it .

• You are not permitted to open or repair the
housing of the hair dryer. Should you do so, the
safety of the appliance may be compromised
and the warranty becomes void. Arrange for the
hair dryer to be serviced and repaired only by
qualified specialists.

Drying and styling hair

Á To quickly dry hair, we recommend first of all

using a high blower and heater setting for a
short period. Afterwards, place the settings at
a lower level to shape and form the hair.

If you wish to dry your hair particulary gently, or for
the so-called “air-dryed permanent wave”, use the

Sicherheitshinweise

 Gefahr eines Stromschlags!

• Schließen Sie den Haartrockner nur an eine vor-

schriftsmäßig installierte Netzsteckdose mit einer
Netzspannung von 220-240 V, mit 50 Hz an.

• Sie dürfen den Haartrockner keinesfalls in eine

Flüssigkeit tauchen und keine Flüssigkeiten in das
Gerätegehäuse des Haartrockners
gelangen lassen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keiner
Feuchtigkeit aussetzen und nicht im Freien benut­zen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das Geräte­gehäuse gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netz­stecker des Geräts aus der Netzsteckdose und
lassen Sie es von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
reparieren.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe

von Wasser, insbesondere nicht in der Nähe von
Waschbecken, Badewannen oder ähnlichen
Gefäßen .
Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine Gefahr dar,
auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. Ziehen
Sie daher nach jedem Gebrauch den Netz­stecker. Als zusätzlicher Schutz wird Ihnen die In­stallation einer Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung mit
einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr
als 30 mA im Badezimmer-Stromkreis empfoh­len. Fragen Sie Ihren Elektroinstallateur um Rat.

• Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen und bevor Sie

den Haartrockner reinigen den Netzstecker aus
der Netzsteckdose.

• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,

ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel selbst.

• Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel nicht um den

Haar-trockner und schützen Sie ihn vor
Beschädigungen.

• Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzkabel von qualifi­ziertem Fachpersonal austauschen, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

• Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht
und verlegen Sie es so, dass niemand darauf
treten oder darüber stolpern kann.

• Sie dürfen keine Verlängerungskabel verwen­den.

• Fassen Sie den Haartrockner, Netzkabel und

-stecker nie mit nassen Händen an.

• Trennen Sie Ihren Haartrockner sofort nach dem
Gebrauch vom Stromnetz. Nur wenn Sie den
Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen, ist er
vollständig stromfrei.

• Sie dürfen das Gerätegehäuse des Haar­trockners nicht öffnen oder reparieren. In diesem
Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht gegeben und die
Gewährleistung erlischt. Lassen Sie den defekten
Haartrockner nur von qualifiziertem Fachperso­nal reparieren.

 Brand- und Verletzungsgefahren

• Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch
Personen (einschließlich Kinder) mit einge­schränkten, physischen, sensorischen oder geisti­gen Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung
und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden,

Betriebs nicht ab. Reinigen Sie es in regelmäßi­gen Abständen.

• Der Haartrockner erhitzt sich im Betrieb. Fassen
Sie ihn im heißen Zustand nur am Griff an.

Haare trocknen und stylen

Á Zum schnellen Trocknen der Haare empfehlen

wir zunächst für kurze Zeit auf eine hohe Lüfter­und Heizstufe zu schalten. Schalten Sie danach
auf eine niedrigere Stufe herunter, um die Frisur
zu formen.

Mit der beiligenden Styling-Düse

Reinigen

 Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags!

Bevor Sie den Haartrockner reinigen, ziehen Sie
immer den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.

Gehäuse reinigen

➪ Verwenden Sie ein leicht mit milder Seifenlauge

befeuchtetes Tuch, um das Gehäuse zu säubern.

Luftansauggitter reinigen

Reinigen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen das Luft­ansauggitter

und unten zusammen, so dass Sie es von dem

 Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags!

Bevor Sie den Haartrockner nach der Reinigung
wieder benutzen, muss er vollständig
trocken sein.

Fehlfunktionen beseitigen

Sollte Ihr Haartrockner nicht wie erwartet
funktionieren, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der
Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie das Gerät einige
Minuten abkühlen. Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhit­zungsschutz ausgestattet! Sollte das Gerät weiterhin
nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich an die unter
“Garantie und Service” genannte Servicestelle.

Entsorgen

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den nor­malen Hausmüll.

Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen
Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale Ent­sorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell gel­tenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall
