Cake
Ingredients
• Low-gluten flour 120g
• Sugar 60g
• Egg 4 Pcs
• Oil 30ml
• Fresh Milk 50ml
• Lemon Juice Several Drops
• Baking Powder 1g
Step
1. Mix all ingredients except the oil thoroughly.
2. Lightly oil the pan and place some oiled paper into the pot to prevent sticking.
3. Fill the inner pot with the cake mixture.
4. Close the pot with the lid, press the "Menu" button and select the "Cake" function. The
default time is 30 minutes.

Fried Steak
Ingredients
• Tenderloin 500g
• Salt 1 Teaspoon
• Oil 0.2L
• Ginger 30g
• Sauce 1 Teaspoon
• Chicken Powder 1 Teaspoon
Step
1. Mix the tenderloin, salt, ginger, sauce and chicken powder and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Pour the oil into the inner pot.
3. Press the "Menu" button or "+/-" button to select "Fry" function. Heat the oil until you
see some smoke and then put the seasoned tenderloin into the inner pot. Fry brown
on both sides of the tenderloin.
