IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/ or serious
injury.

2. Use appliances only with specifically designated batteries. Use of any other batteries may create a risk of injury and fire.

3. Do not use a Battery or appliance that has been damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.

4. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the Battery.

5. If the Battery leaks, remove the Battery from the appliance and do not use the Battery again.

6. Batteries are to be removed from the appliance before being charged.

7. Empty batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.

8. If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed.

9. This appliance or Battery is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of

experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.

10. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance or Battery.

11. Keep the cells and batteries clean and dry.

12. Do not subject cells or batteries to mechanical shock.

13. Recharge only with the charger specied by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of Battery may create a risk of re when used with

another Battery.

14. When Battery is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects, that can

make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the Battery terminals together may cause burns or a re.

15. Do not expose a Battery or appliance to re or excessive temperature. Exposure to re or temperature above 129°C may cause explosion.

16. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the Battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, ush with water. If liquid contacts eyes,

additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the Battery may cause irritation or burns.

17. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the Battery or appliance outside of the temperature range specied in the instructions. Charging

improperly or at temperatures outside of the specied range may damage the Battery and increase the risk of re.

18. Have servicing performed by a qualied repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is

maintained.

19. Recommended ambient charging temperature: 5-40°C.

20. Use only with approved 5Vdc USB power adapter to charge this device.

21. The adapter that is suitable for one type of Battery may create a risk of re when used with another Battery.

22. Store the Battery where the temperature is below 25°C and away from moisture and the Battery in a 30-50% charged condition. Every six months of

storage, charge the Battery as normal.

GETTING STARTED

BATTERY CHARGING
NOTE: Do not place the charger in an area of extreme heat or cold. The Battery works best in room temperature.

USING THE USB CABLE

1. Attach the USB Cable to the adapter. Connect the other end of the USB Cable to the Battery.

2. Plug the adapter into a power source.

USING THE DOCKING STATION (OPTIONAL)

1. Attach the USB Cord to the adapter.

2. Plug the adapter into a power source.

3. Place the Battery into the slot in the charger.

4. Press down and the latch will snap into place.

5. Upon initial plugging in the Battery into the charger, the Battery LEDs will alternate for a few seconds as it performs a self-diagnostic of the Battery

status.

6. After diagnostic is complete, the Battery will begin charging with a single LED ashing. LEDs will become solid in colour as charging progresses. When

Battery is fully charged, all LEDs will become solid and remain ON for 1 hour.
NOTE: If initial alternating light pattern continue for more than 10 seconds, the Battery may be too warm or too cold to charge. Unplug Battery and
allow it to stabilise to a normal room temperature and try charging again. If Battery still does not charge after this, unplug Battery and contact customer
service.
