To achieve higher brightness, both models
are equipped with polysilicon TFT LCDs, a
150W UHE lamp (UHP lamp for
LX-D1010) and integ rator lenses with
polarization conversion system. Together,
these make it possible to produce 1300
ANSI lumens of brightness (1100 ANSI
lumens for LX-D1010) for sharp, defined
images with superior color saturation in all
areas of the screen. The result is clear,
easy-to-view on-screen images even in
well-lit conference rooms.
True XGA Resolution with SXGA
Capability
Thanks to “true” high-resolution XGA
(1024 x 768) capability and built-in
resizing technology, you can use either of
these high-powered projectors with VGA,
SVGA, and XGA-compatible PCs,
Macintosh
and enjoy big-screen image reproduction.
For even more dynamic presentations,
newly developed resizing technology
allows you to project SXGA (1280 x 1024)
images (compressed) without noticeable
loss of picture information.
Digital Zoom Function
Built-in digital image processing technology
allows you to examine any portion of an
image in close-up detail by selecting it and
magnifying it by up to 4 times. Picture quality
remains clear and sharp even at maximum
magnification thanks to exclusive resizing
technology which minimizes "jaggies".

User Logo Display (LX-D1020 only)
A great way to identify yourself or your
company, this handy feature lets you
permanently store an image* in the
projector’s memory. You can project it at
any time — before or after your
presentation or during intermissions. Ideal
for registration of your company logo,
brand mark, or product, the User Logo
Display helps keep you
front and center even
when the presentation
is not in progress.

Keystone Correction For Accurate
Projection
Even in rooms that
aren’t ideally suited to
projection, you’ll find
that the keystone
correction feature
accurately compensates
for the trapezium
distortion.
At the touch of a button,
you can quickly correct
the angle of your
projected images plus or
minus 20º (±15° for
LX-D1010) while still
maintaining the correct
aspect ratio.

Versatile Presentation Support Tools
(LX-D1020 only)
To make sure your presentations are as
effective as possible, the LX-D1020 comes
with a versatile array of “highlighters” that
will enable you to make sure your audience sees what you want them to see. Just
use the provided remote control to select
the tool you want to use from the tool box
displayed on screen. Choose from Pointer,
Box, Underline, Marker, or Free Line, then
direct the cursor to any part of the image to
underline or mark a section of text, make a
box around a chart, or draw a line freehand
from one point to another.
Ultraportable Design (LX-D1010)
The ultra-portable LX-D1010 incorporates
wafer-thin multi-layer circuit boards and 0.9"
polysilicon LCD panels to reduce the size
and weight of the chassis to a mere 7.0lbs
(3.2kg). No larger than a standard A4-size
file folder, the LX-D1010 offers the ultimate
in go-anywhere portability and big-screen
projection performance.

Help Function (LX-D1020 only)
For easier operation and smooth, troublefree presentations, the LX-D1020 is
equipped with a Help function that
provides on-screen indications for easy
adjustment of picture characteristics such
as color, contrast, position etc. Even
unexpected problems are not a problem
because the Help function will tell you how
to solve them.
Free line
Picture-in-Picture Function
Another way to enhance your presentation,
the Picture-in-Picture function lets you
display images from two different image
sources — a PC and a VCR, for example — at
the same time. You can move the PIP
window to any corner of the screen and
switch images between the main window
and the PIP window at any time.

Mouse Control
As well as giving you full control over all the
projector’s functions, this convenient remote
control can be used as a wireless mouse.
You can control cursors and mouse movement on a connected PC at a distance of

darkend room.
