Important Information
LED Tape Driver
JC83208*
It is recommended that this driver is installed and tted by a qualied electrician ensuring the
installation complies to current IEE wiring regulations and local building control. This products are
designed for connection to a 220-240V~ 50/60Hz mains supply. Switch off the mains supply
before installation or servicing. Ensure area surrounding the tape is clear from ammable
material.The light source used with this driver are replaceable: when the light source
reaches its end of life the light source can be replaced by the end user.

Installation
Check you have all the tools and accessories required to complete the installation correctly.
Isolate the power before installation.
1. Connect driver to mains supply as shown in Fig.1 (standard) or Fig.2 (dimmable) on the
left. Ensure driver is located in a dry location or in a suitable IP rated box (JC83208
only).
2. Connect the driver to the LED tape using the female and male connector as shown
in Fig.2.
3. Turn on mains supply and test operation.

Only use 1-10V analogue rotary dimming switch. Not suitable for use with triac dimming.
