INSTALLATION:

1. Plug included wall pack transformer into standard 120VAC receptacle.

2. Attach plug-end of cord to CA5500B base station.

4. Firmly seat CA5500R hand-held remote in base station. Indicator on base station will begin to pulse to
indicate charging. Back lights on hand-held unit will light and remain lit while in base station.

5. Charge remote for a minimum of 12 hours initially. Indicator on base station will stop pulsing when remote
is fully charged.

6. If indicator on base station turns red, a battery or communications failure is indicated. Reseat the remote in
the base, if the condition persists contact technical services.

7. Remote may be used in or out of the base station. When used as a hand-held back lights will go to sleep
20 seconds after last button press. To re-awaken, press any button on the remote.
