Description

The R-150/300/500 PLUS are dual-channel high-performance amplifiers. Their clear, open sound and quiet operation
make them ideal for reference systems and church sound applications. Inputs are via balanced XLR or 1/4” connectors,
outputs are via rugged five-way binding post connectors. All units have soft-start protection circuitry and feature signal,
protection and clip indicators on the front panel. For added versatility, they may be operated in stereo, dual mono or
bridged mono mode. Convection-cooling provides noise-free ventilation for critical applications. The R-PLUS series amplifiers
are powered by 100-120VAC or 220-240VAC 50/60Hz (depending on country requirements) and are packaged in a 3.5"
(2RU) rack mount enclosures.

The power amplifier shall be a dual­channel unit capable of 150W/R-150
PLUS, 300W/R-300 PLUS, or 500W/
R-500 PLUS RMS (bridged-mono)
@8Ω or 75W/R-150 PLUS, 150W/
R-300 PLUS, or 250W/R-500 PLUS
RMS @4Ω stereo. Inputs shall be
balanced XLR and ¼"connectors and
outputs shall be via rugged five-way
binding-post connectors. The unit
shall have a soft-start system to help
protect speakers against power
surges at power on or power off.
Convection cooling shall provide
noise-free ventilation for critical
applications.

The unit shall meet the following
performance criteria:

Frequency response shall be from
20Hz to 20kHz ±0.5dB; total
harmonic distortion shall be less
than 0.05%; and input sensitivity and
impedance shall be 0.775V@10kΩ.
Residual noise shall be less than -80
dB and channel separation shall be
greater than 70 dB with a damping
factor greater than 100.

R-150/300/500 PLUS Front and Rear Views

The R-150/300/500 PLUS amplifier
shall measure 19"(482mm) wide x

3.5"(88mm) high x 8.3"(210mm) deep
and shall be powered by 100­120VAC or 220-240VAC 50/60Hz
