Important:
• It is normal for drops of water and vapor to form while the oven is working.
• We recommend not attempting to cook food until it is defrosted.
• Frozen food and thick cuts of meat take longer to cook.
• Use the food tray in the oven to hold foods that are defrosting to prevent water from dripping down and damaging the heating element.
• To prevent heat from escaping, resulting in longer cooking times, do not open the glass door while cooking.
• Set the temperature higher than normal when cooking frozen or thick bread.
• To prevent excess smoking, remove as much fat as possible when cooking meat.
• To prolong the life of your oven, use a crumb tray to prevent food buildup.
• Do not attempt to cook with the door open.
• Do not place a food tray, rack, or any other items on top of the bottom heating element.
