ASSEMBLING YOUR CHAIR
Insert the wheels (D) into the star base (C). Keep pushing the wheels in until the metal rims touch the star
base.
Place the seat plate (G) on the seat bottom assembly as shown. Insert four 1/4 × 20 mm screws (H) with

four washers (J) into the seat plate. Tighten them with the Allen wrench. You may need to use the
short side of the wrench to get more leverage.

Quick Setup Guide
Place the star base cover (A) over the star base (C), then insert the gas lift (B) into the star base. Push the
gas lift in so that it is secure.
Place the chair assembly onto the gas lift until it is fully inserted.

Place the back (F) against the arms and insert the four 1/4 × 40 mm screws (I) into the back of the arms.

Tighten with the Allen wrench. Place the caps (K) over the screws. Your chair is now assembled.
USING YOUR CHAIR
• To raise the height of the chair, lift the lever on the right side while not sitting in the chair. To lower the height
of the chair, raise the same lever while sitting in the chair.
• To lock the back of the chair, push the left lever backward. To unlock the chair, pull the left lever forward.
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Maximum weight capacity: 250 lbs (113 kg).
• Read the instruction sheet completely before assembly.
• Remove all parts from carton and make sure that all parts are included prior to assembly.
• Assemble the chair on the carton or carpet to prevent scratching the chair.
• This chair is designed for sitting on the seat only and nothing else.
• Do not stand on or use as a step ladder.
• Do not sit on the armrests.
• This chair is designed for seating one person at a time.
• Tighten all screws, knobs, bolts, and parts rmly, otherwise do not use.
• If any parts are missing, damaged, or worn, stop using immediately.
• Do not use power tools.
