Perform steps 1-15 as outlined in the manual on the pages above.
Verify revision of literature provided with the aspirator.
Inspect the transporting case for damage if provided.
Inspect the AC power supply case for cracks or damage also.
Verify all accessories provided with item. See page -v- for checklist
PERFORMANCE CHECKS page 11-2
1.Maximum Flow
2.Rate of Vacuum rise.
3.Maximum Vacuum-See attached altitude VS pressure chart for acceptable tolerances.
4.Vacuum Gauge accuracy
Be sure to charge batteries before packing the aspirator to optimize performance of the unit for receiving personnel. Simply connect battery to charging circuit and plug in the AC power supply to proper voltage.
TIMER VERIFICATION (ADDED VERIFICATION) |

1.Turn on aspirator to intermittent operation.
2.Turn timer knobs to 5 seconds on and off. Verify with stopwatch that the aspirator operates within correct times.
3.Turn timer knobs to 20 seconds on and off. Verify proper operation.
4.Turn timer knobs to 45 seconds on and off. Verify proper operation.
