User's Guide
Using the Security Screw
You can use the security screw shipped with your computer to
prevent the hard disk drive from being removed easily.
To replace the coin screw with the security screw, do as follows:

Power off the computer; then disconnect the AC Adapter and
all cables from the computer.

Open the LCD; then stand the computer on its side, and
remove the screw with a coin.

Install the security screw and tighten it with a 2.5-mm allen
wrench.

Turn the computer back to its ordinary position. Connect the
AC Adapter; then power on the computer.

ThinkPad Configuration Program
Your computer features a new window design for the ThinkPad
Configuration program for Windows 95. The function of the
ThinkPad Configuration program has not changed (see the
Guide
for more information).
To start the ThinkPad Configuration program, find the ThinkPad icon
on the right side of the taskbar; then double-click on the icon.
Note: You can also start the ThinkPad Configuration program as follows:

Click on Start.

Move the cursor on Programs and ThinkPad; then click on
ThinkPad Configuration.
