Printer Paper for Hypercom Terminals
The performance of the printer used in Hypercom products is optimized with the use of the
recommended paper. Non-recommended papers may cause poor print quality, reduce the
reliability of the printer, and may cause damage to the print head.
Avoid storing thermal paper in high temperatures and humidity. Avoid exposing thermal
paper to direct sunlight, because it will gradually become discolored at about 70° C (158° F).
The table below specifies the recommended paper to be used for the various families of
Hypercom products.
