Director mode

Director mode lets you play the role of a movie director and partner with friends to create
a professional film.
You can connect up to four phones for different shooting angles and activate the
camera on each as necessary. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and
available on each phone.

Highlights

Moving the screen down

On the contacts, dialer, messaging, or email screen, if you can't reach items near the top
of the screen, touch the upper half of the screen and drag down and release (after 1
second) to shift the entire interface down closer to your thumb.
From the dialer, contacts or messaging screen, drag down and then release to display
your personal QR contact card. Your friends can scan this to obtain your phone number
instantly.

Touchplus

Use the Huawei Touchplus screen protector to enhance your phone's functionality and
accessibility. The navigation keys on the protective film replace the system's own virtual
keys and add more touch control areas to your screen.
This feature works only on phones that support Touchplus. The Touchplus fitted
screen protector is available for purchase on vmall.com.
After attaching the screen protector, double-tap or touch and hold any of the five touch
zones located in the upper left and right corners or bottom of the screen to launch the
Touchplus setup guide. Follow the onscreen instructions, proceed to the settings screen,
and then enable

Locking and unlocking the screen

Locking the screen

Method 1: Press the power button to manually lock the screen.
Method 2: After being idle for a specified period of time, the screen will lock itself
automatically.

Unlocking the screen

When the screen is off, press the power button to turn it on. Slide your finger in any
direction to unlock the screen.

Connecting to a Wi-Fi network

Importing contacts from your old phone

You can import contacts from your old phone in any of the following ways:
Copy your contacts on your SIM card to your new
SIM card

Organizing applications and widgets on the home screen

The following operations allow you to organize your applications, widgets, or folders:
Adding a widget

Status indicator

The status indicator on your phone indicates the following status information:
Blinking red: The battery level is low.
Steady red (when charging): The battery level is low.
Steady yellow (when charging): The battery level is medium.
Steady green (when charging): The battery is almost full or already full.
Blinking green: There are unread messages or notifications.

Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel. Swipe left or right to switch between the notification and shortcut tabs.
