Removing the OCP
1. Remove the front panel (1, Figure 1) by grasping the panel at each
end pulling it off the enclosure.
2. Press the OCP latch (2) and swing the panel out until it is fully open.
CAUTION:
Handle the OCP by its metal frame only. This will ensure that the electronic components are not damaged by static discharge.
3. Grasp the OCP by its metal frame and pull it out of the enclosure
(3).

1. Slide the new OCP into the enclosure (1, Figure 2).
2. Close the OCP until the latch engages.

After installing the OCP, the controller may have to upgrade the OCP rmware. Do not remove the OCP while this operation is in progress. When the OCP is displaying the alternating Storage System Name and WWID, the correct rmware has been loaded on the OCP.

Verifying proper operation
After replacing the OCP, verify that it is operating p roperly:
1. Check the display. It will typically display the default information
which alternates between the Storage System Name and the World Wide Name.
2. Press any push button. The Storage System Menu Tree should be
displayed.
