Overview
This document provides an overview of the HP ProLiant G6 and G7 servers used in HP Cluster Platform
solutions. This document refers to the original component documentation for detailed information, except
where information or procedures for the cluster differ from the standalone components. In such cases, this
document supersedes information supplied in existing component documentation.
Some server options are not supported in HP Cluster Platform configurations. For more information, contact
an HP representative.

Amber = System health is degraded.
Red = System health is critical.
Off = System health is normal (when in standby mode).
NIC 1 link/activity LED Green = Network link exists.
Flashing green = Network link and activity exist.
Off = No network link exists.
If power is off, view the LEDs on the RJ-45 connector on the rear of the
server.
