TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for HP ePRINT, Print apps and ePrintCenter for HP web-connected printers

Using the HP ePrint, print apps and ePrintCenter in connection with HP web-connected printers
(separately and collectively the ‘ePrintCenter System’) means agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
below and on www.hp.com/go/ePrintCenter.

Termination. HP may terminate, suspend, or modify your registration with, or access to, all or part of
the ePrintCenter System, without notice, at any time and for any reason. You may discontinue your
participation in and access to the ePrintCenter System at any time. If you breach any of these Terms,
your authorization to use the ePrintCenter System automatically terminates and you must immediately
destroy any downloaded or printed Materials (and any copies thereof).

No Responsibility for Third-Party Print Apps. Certain print apps made available through the
ePrintCenter System are from third parties and not HP. You acknowledge and agree that HP is not
responsible for any such third-party print apps, content, services or products available through the
same. Your use of such third-party print apps, content, services or products is entirely at your own risk.

DISCLAIMER. THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM
IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU, AND NOT
HP, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING AND REPAIR. HP EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
WITH RESPECT TO THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
USE OR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS).
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, HP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT
THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE EPRINTCENTER
SYSTEM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE
EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM WILL BE CORRECTED. HP MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS
THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM OR AS TO THE
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE EPRINTCENTER
SYSTEM. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU
THROUGH THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM OR FROM HP, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR OTHER
AFFILIATED COMPANIES, OR ITS OR THEIR SUPPLIERS (OR THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OF ANY SUCH ENTITIES) (COLLECTIVELY, “THE HP PARTIES”) SHALL
CREATE ANY WARRANTY. HP DISCLAIMS ALL EQUITABLE INDEMNITIES.

Limit of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OF THE HP PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR (B) ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER IN EXCESS OF ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES (US$100.00)
DOLLARS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF REVENUES,
LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER
INTANGIBLE LOSSES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE
EPRINTCENTER SYSTEM), WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT,
TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF ANY HP PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED
(OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN) OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Exclusions and Limitations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the
limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above disclaimers
and limitations of liability may not apply to you. To the extent that any HP Party may not, as a matter
of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of
such warranty and the extent of the HP Party’s liability shall be the minimum permitted under such
applicable law.

Modication to ePrintCenter System. HP reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part
of the ePrintCenter System at any time without notice.

Modication to Terms and Conditions. HP may, in its sole discretion, change the ePrintCenter System
Terms and Conditions at any time. HP will post notice of such changes to the Terms and Conditions
on the ePrintCenter website. Continued use of the ePrintCenter System following notice of any such
changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by such
changes.

System Requirements. Use of the ePrintCenter System requires one or more of the following:
compatible equipment, wireless access, Internet access (fees may apply) and certain software (fees
may apply) and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Your ability to use the
ePrintCenter System may be affected by the performance of these factors. The ePrintCenter System is
not part of any other product or offering and no purchase of any other product shall be construed to
represent or guarantee you access to the ePrintCenter System.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Materials. Certain content, print apps and services available via
the ePrintCenter System may include materials from third parties. You acknowledge that HP is not
responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third-party material. HP
does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility
for any third-party materials, products or services. You agree that you will not use any third-party
materials in a manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that HP is not in
any way responsible for any such use by you.

Print Application End User License Agreement. Any print apps made available through the
ePrintCenter System are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each print app that you obtain
through the ePrintCenter System is subject to your prior acceptance of the Print Application End User
License Agreement on www.hp.com/go/ePrintCenter, and you agree that the terms of the Print
Application End User License Agreement will apply to each print app that is made available for use
with your web-connected printer, unless the print app is covered by a valid end user license agreement
entered into between you and the Licensor of that print app, in which case the terms of that separate
end user license agreement will govern.
