The drive’s series number appears on the front of the HP drive. Example: dvd200i series

Drive firmware version

If the serial number is not listed in the system report, it appears on the underside of the drive’s tray. The serial number is also always on the main label on the top of the drive. On external drives the serial number appears on the back of the drive.

Wenn Ihr HP-Laufwerk repariert oder ersetzt werden muss und noch unter Garantie ist, setzen Sie sich mit dem HP-Kundendienst unter der entsprechenden Telefonnummer in Verbindung (siehe Liste auf Seite 6).

Wenn die Garantie des HP-Laufwerks bereits abgelaufen ist, kann das Laufwerk gegen eine Gebühr ersetzt werden. Wir reparieren keine Laufwerke. Rufen Sie für einen Ersatz ohne Garantieanspruch die entsprechende Nummer für Ihre Region an (siehe Liste auf Seite 6), um weitere Anweisungen zu erhalten.

De serienummers van sommige modellen kunt u vaststellen door het systeemrapport uit te voeren.
