この取扱説明書には本器を安全に操作し、安全な状態に保つのに要する情報や
注意事項が記載されています。本器を使用する前に下記の安全に関する事項を

この機器は測定方法を間違えると人身事故や機器の故障につながる
可能性があります。取扱説明書を熟読し、十分に内容を理解してか

導電接触ピンが壊れたり、磨耗したりしたときには交換できます。
導電接触ピンとピンベース（樹脂部品）が一体となった先ピンを別途お買い求
めください。
1. 接続機器の電源を OFF にします。
2. ケーブルロックを回転させて緩め、ケーブルをフリーな状態にします。
（ケーブルは、ケーブルロックをねじ込むことにより固定されています）
3. ケーブルが回転しないように先ピンベースを固定し、グリップを回転させ
て緩めます。
4. コネクタを引っ張って先ピンを外します。

とうございます。この製品を十分にご活用いただき、末長くご使用いただくた
めにも、取扱説明書はていねいに扱い、いつもお手元に置いてご使用ください。
概要
9770 の導電接触ピンは、小型電池の端子など小さな測定対象物の検査用に開
発した 4 端子構造になっています。外径 1.8 mm の同軸タイプのピンを採用す
ることで、測定物への接触が容易となり正確に抵抗を測定することができま
す。
9771 の導電接触ピンは、基板のスルーホールやパット、実装基板の SMD 部品
などの検査用に開発した 4 端子構造になっています。ピン間 0.2 mm の平行ピ
ンを採用し、先端を四角錐形状としたことで微小な測定対象物への接触が容易
となるほか、基板のスルーホールなど効率良く測定できます。

本器がお手元に届きましたら、輸送中において異常または破損がないか点検し
てからご使用ください。万一、破損あるいは仕様どおり動作しない場合は、お

使用方法
使用前の確認
使用前には、保存や輸送による故障がないか、点検と動作確認をしてから使用
してください。故障を確認した場合は、お買上店（代理店）か最寄りの営業拠
点にご連絡ください。
リード線の被覆が破れたり、金属が露出していないか、使用する前
に確認してください。損傷がある場合は、感電事故になるので、お
買上店（代理店）か最寄りの営業拠点にご連絡ください。
1. 接続機器の電源が OFF になっていることを確認します。
2. 接続機器の入力端子に本器を接続します。
3. ゼロアジャストを実行します。
本器の先端を正しい方法で短絡させてゼロアジャストを実行します。
詳細については、接続機器の取扱説明書をご覧ください。
4. 試料に本器を接続します。
• 9771 はゼロアジャストできません。ゼロアジャストは 9287-10 クリップ形
リードなどを使用して実行してください。
• 使用後は保護キャップを取り付けてください。
5. 先ピンを新しいものに交換し、先ピンが飛び出さないように先端を机など
に当ててコネクタを押し込みます。
6. 分解したときの手順と逆に組み立てをします。組み立ての際も同様にケー
ブルを引っ張ったり、回転させたりしないでください。
7. 断線、接触不良を避けるため、ケーブルロックを締め付けた後、ケーブル
を引っ張ったり、回転させてもケーブルがしっかり固定され、動かないこと
を確認してください。
8. 動作確認をします。既知の測定対象物を測定し、抵抗値が正確であるか確
認してから使用してください。
グリップが外れてしまった場合は、図のように組み立ててください。

Thank you for purchasing the HIOKI Model 9770, 9771 Pin Type
Lead. To obtain maximum performance from the product,
please read this manual first, and keep it handy for future reference.
This manual contains information and warnings essential for
safe operation of the product and for maintaining it in safe operating condition. Before using it, be sure to carefully read the following safety precautions.

Procedure
Preliminary Checks
Before using the product the first time, verify that it operates normally to ensure that the no damage occurred during storage or
shipping. If you find any damage, contact your authorized Hioki
distributor or reseller.
The conductive-tip contact pin is replaceable. Replace the pin with a new one
if it is broken or worn. One-piece conductive-tip contact pins with a plastic pin
base are available separately.
1. Turn off power of the device before connecting the pin type lead.
2. Unscrew the cable lock to unlock the cable.
(The cable is locked by screwing the cable lock.)
3. Hold the pin base so that the cable won’t rotate, and then rotate the grip to
loosen it.
4. Pull off the connector and remove the pin.
5. Fasten a new pin. Press the tip of the pin against a desk so that the pin
won’t spring out, and push the connector onto the pin.
Overview
The conductive-tip contact pin of the model 9770 has a four-terminal structure that is developed for inspection of small devices,
such as a terminal of a button cell battery. Use of the coaxial pin
with an outside diameter of 1.8 mm makes it easy to contact an
object to be measured, ensuring correct resistance measurement.
The conductive-tip contact pin of the model 9771 has a four-terminal structure that is developed for inspection of through holes,
pads and surface mounted devices on a PCB. Parallel pins 0.2
mm apart are used and the tip is a four-sided pyramid. These
make it easy to contact very small objects under measurement,
and help measure a through hole efficiently.

Fit the protective pin cap when the product is not in use.

conditions could cause an electric shock, so contact your
authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.

3. Perform zero adjustment. Short-circuit the pins of the pin type lead in the
specified method and perform zero adjustment.
See the instruction manual for details of connectable devices.
4. Connect the model 9770/9771 to a sample.
• Zero adjustment cannot be performed with the model 9771. Use the model
9287-10 clip type lead for zero adjustment.
• Fit the cap after use.
6. Assemble the pin type lead in the reverse order of disassembling.
Do not pull or twist the cable.
7. To avoid broken wires and contact failures, after tightening the cable lock,
gently tug and twist the cable to check it is firmly held.
8. Check the performance. Measure an object with a known resistance. Make
sure that the measured resistance is correct before using the pin type lead.
If the grips are detached, reassemble by referring to the picture below.
