Overview
The Portable Video Recorder is the professional surveillance product
designed for mobile handheld. It is integrated with the LCD monitor, 3G wireless
communication module, GPS module, battery power supply, line controller,
micro camera and headphone. The recorder uses the standard H.264 algorithm
and supports local menu settings, local Micro SD card recording, playback
functions, as well as access to the CMS platform.

Basic Functions
• Compression: H.264 video compression and OggVorbis audio compression.
• Network: support TCP/IP wireless transmission, including video, audio,
alarm, voice and serial device data.
• Embedded 3G module, access to CMS platform.
• Voice talk: two-way and duplex
• Portable shape: convenient operation and use.

• Integrate GPS module, correctly to locate and upload to center.
• Support controller to alarm and capture picture.
• Built-in lithium battery, easy to replace.
• Auto switch of power saving mode, extending working time of battery.
• Mini USB port mode switchable, master mode for 3G module and other USB
devices to the recorder such like USB-disk, slave mode for PC access the
micro SD inside file.
Compression Functions
• 1-channel video signal, 25 fps independent hardware compression, variable
and constant bitrate, user could set the video quality and limit the video
bitrate.
• VGA (640×480), QVGA(320×240)resolution supported.
• OSD, date and time settings.
• Text overlay.
