• Format the new MicroSD(TF)card first before beingused.
• To protect MicroSD(TF) cardfrom damage, ensure thedashcam
is is powered downbefore installing and uninstallingMicroSD(TF) card.
• If the dashcam isdirectly connected with thevehicle power
system, you are recommendedto power off thedashcam when
the engine is off.Disconnect cigarette lighter toavoid
insufficient voltage and abnormalstartup. Reconnect cigarette
lighter to ensure dashcamwill work normally uponstartup.
• Operating temperature is at-20 C to 70 C (-4 F to 158 F). To
protect the dashcam, avoidit being used inhigh or low
temperatures, or high-humidity environment.Avoid using the
dashcam in rain ordust.
• The manual is subjectto updating at anygiven time. The
functions of the dashcammay vary according todifferent models.
*The driving assistance functionof the device onlysends alarms or
warnings to the driverand cannot impair thedriver’s judgement and
operation. The device shouldbe used carefully inavoiding accident and
traffic violation. Pedestrian orobject recognition failure orrecognition error

Close unnecessary programs inyour phone to
memory for HikDashcam appthen reconnect Wi-Fi.

The microSD (TF)
card is not detected
when connecting
the dashcam to a
computer with the
supplied power cord.
The mobile app
cannot display
recordings.
The dashcam does notsupport data transmission,
and the supplied power cord isonly for charging.
If you need totransfer data, connectthe microSD
(TF) card to your computer.
Dashcam Wi-Fi
password is
forgotten.
The default password is1234567890. If you have
revised the password, resetthe password bydoing
the following:
1. Hold theRESETbuttononthe dashcam until the
startup music is heard, thedashcam will be restored
to the defaults.
2. Go to the HikDashcamapp’s Wi-Fi connection
interface. Select the Wi-FiSSID, and login with the
default password 1234567890.
