There are two basic configurations. The 300 for Evolution Elite and LOV fryers, and
the 310 for the F5 fryer. The main difference between the two models is the downpipe, which runs between the drain pan and the oil pump, and the drain pan switch.
The 300 model uses a straight down-pipe and a mechanical drain pan switch, and the
310 uses a curved flex-pipe and magnetic drain pan switch.
