There are two basic configurations. The 300 for Evolution Elite and LOV fryers, and the 310 for the F5 fryer. The main difference between the two models is the down­pipe, which runs between the drain pan and the oil pump, and the drain pan switch. The 300 model uses a straight down-pipe and a mechanical drain pan switch, and the 310 uses a curved flex-pipe and magnetic drain pan switch.
