4-1. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTION

Product not • Cold well or hot well not • Check plugs under table-top
holding plugged-in on french fry end of HDS-300
temperature

• Product held too long • Only hold product for
recommended times

• Cold well setting turned • Turn control setting to about 6

• Compressor overheated • Clean condenser coil

• Product not a proper • Be sure product is at proper

temperature when placed temperature

• Defective fuse for refrigeration • Replace 15 amp fuse

Refrigeration unit runs • Frost build-up • Defrost unit

• Condensor coil dirty • Clean condenser coil

Power switch on but • Open Circuit • Plug unit in

• Check 15 amp fuses
