General Information
Henny Penny breading systems
are designed to produce a consistent
look and taste to breaded fried or
baked product while saving labor and
counter space, and reducing
breading and product waste.
The McDonald’s HB-11 hand
breader/sifter is a self-contained,
HB 11 Hand breader/sifter configured
for left to right work flow
portable station that lets crew dip,
bread, sift and stack food by hand
quickly using a minimum of floor
space.
Hand breaders offer the greatest
control of coverage and density.

Fully enclosed 0.25 hp motor and
drive assembly generates special
“eccentric” sifting action.
Breading lugs hold 25 lbs. (11.4 kg)

breading, 1 for sifted breading.
Angled frames extend legs for
greater stability.
Removable splash guard.
4 heavy duty locking casters.
Quick disassembly for easy
cleaning.
