Space$aver™ SmartCombi is designed with the controls on top for a compact footprint that makes it ideal for lower cost, lower-volume operations. A sophisticated digital humidity control continuously measures and maintains any selected relative humidity from 0 to 100% by automatically adding steam or venting excess humidity.

Provide Henny Penny SmartCombi™ Space$aver™ PLUS model ESC 610 electric combi oven, designed to cook with moist heat (gentle or regular steaming), dry heat (convection cooking) or a combination of dry and moist heat, and holding up to 5 full-size steam table pans 2.5 in (65 mm) or 6 half-size sheet pans 1 in (25 mm).
