- this lawn mower is intended for private use i.e. for use in home and gardening environments. Private use of the lawn mower refers an annual operating time generally not exceeding that of 50 working hours, during which time the machine is primarily used to maintain small-scale, residential lawns and home / hobby gardens. The machine is not intended for use in public facilities, sporting halls, and agricultural/forestry applications.

- As aresult of the potential danger to the user, the lawn mower must not be used to trim bushes, hedges and shrubs, to cut or shred climbing plants or lawns on roof gardens or in balcony boxes or to clean footpaths, nor must it be used as achopper for shredding tree or hedge cuttings. Furthermore, the lawnmower must not be used as acultivator or to level off uneven areas of ground, e.g. molehills.
Any other use is not as intended. Improver use is not covered by the warranty and the manufacturer will reject any liability. The user is liable for all damage caused to third parties and their property. limitations as well as the specific potential hazards related to this tool. Familiarise yourself with the controls on the machine and how to use them.

WARNING! This machine can sever hands and feet as well as throw objects. Failure
to follow the safety regulations can lead to severe injury.
WARNING - Petrol is highly flammable.
•While mowing, always wear substantial footwear and long trousers. Do not operate the equipment when barefoot or wearing open shoes.
•Thoroughly inspect the area where the equipment is to be used and remove all objects such as stones, toys, sticks and wires, which can be thrown by the machine from the work area.
•Do not operate the engine in aconfined space where dangerous carbon monoxide can collect.
•Before using the machine, always check, that all start inhibits and controls requiring operator presence, are fully functional (eg. safety lever of engine stop).
•Before using the machine do always avisual check - the device for stop the blades works correctly.
•Mow only in daylight or in good artificial light.
•Avoid operating the equipment in moist or even wet grass, where feasible. Mow only dry grass. Too long or wet grass leads to blocking and overload the engine. To avoid stirring up the dust, mow the grass best when it´sis dry, but the soil is still moist. Dust causes the air filter pollution and this causes higher fuel consumption. Due to lack of maintenance the engine can be damaged.
•Never use the machine when raining and when there is the risk of stroke lightning.
•For safety reasons, the machine may not be used as adrive unit for other work tools or tool kits of any kind.
•On the slopes keep firm footing at all times.
•Walk, never run.
•For wheeled rotary machines, mow across the face of slopes, never up and down.
•Exercise extreme caution when changing direction on slopes.
•Do not mow excessively steep slopes. Danger of injury by overturning machine. Maximum allowed slope is 15 °.
•Be careful when using the lawnmower near verges, ditches, or banks. Machine can suddenly turn over if awheel is over the edge of acliff or ditch, or if an edge caves in.
•Use extreme caution when reversing or pulling the lawn mower towards you.
•Stop the blade(s) if the lawn mower has to be tilted for transportation when crossing surfaces other than grass, and when transporting the lawn mower to and from the area to be mowed.

• Do not tilt the machine when starting or switching on the motor, except if the machine has to
be tilted for starting. In this case, do not tilt it more than absolutely necessary and tilt only the
part which is away from the operator.
•Do not use the machine with damaged safety devices or screens or with missing, modified or disabled safety systems. Do not work with machine that is damaged, incomplete, or has been modified without the authorisation of the manufacturer.
•The lawnmower shall not be operated without either the entire grass catcher or self-closing discharge opening guard in place. Keep away from the ejection hole at all times.
•Always keep the grass ejection hole clean and clear. Remove cut material only when the equipment is stopped.
•Do not alter or tamper with any sealed adjustment for the engine speed control. Do not change the engine governor settings or overspeed the engine. Operating the engine at excessive speed can increase the risk of personal injury.
•Disengage all blade and drive clutches before starting the engine.
•Start the engine carefully according to instructions and with feet well away from the blade(s).
•The safety distance produced by the long handle must be maintained at all times.
•Do not tilt the lawn mower when starting the engine.
•Do not start the engine when standing in front of the discharge chute.
•When starting the engine - you should always stand firm.
•Do not put hands or feet near or under rotating parts. Keep clear of the discharge opening at all times.
•Never pick up or carry alawn mower while the engine is running.
•Do not leave the equipment unattended in the workplace.
•Stop and switch off the machine, when leaving the operation stand. Wait till all moving parts stop and if it is necessary ensure the machine before moving.
•Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire, make sure that all moving parts have come to acomplete stop and, where akey is fitted remove the key:
- Whenever you leave the lawn mower.
- Before refueling.
- Before clearing blockages or unclogging chute.
- Before checking, cleaning or working on the lawn mower.
- After striking aforeign object. Inspect the lawnmower for damage and make repairs
before restarting and operating the lawn mower.
- If lawn mower starts to vibrate abnormally (check immediately).
•Reduce the throttle lever to the “Min” (idle) during engine shut down and, if the engine is provided with ashut-off valve, turn the fuel off at the conclusion of mowing.
•Comply with the national / municipal regulations concerning the times when the mower may be used (if required, contact your local authority).
•Before using, always visually inspect to see that the blades, blade bolts and cutter assembly are not worn or damaged. Replace worn or damaged blades and bolts in sets to preserve balance. Use only original spare parts.
•Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Property maintained lawn mower with sharp and unused blades ensure clean cut and it will not get clogged.
•Use only spare parts and components, which the manufacturer delivers and recommends. The use of non-genuine parts can damage the machine and injure the operators.
•Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Any work not listed in this manual MAYBE PERFORMED ONLYBYAUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES.

•Replace all fuel tank and container caps securely.
•Do not operate the engine in aconfined space where dangerous carbon monoxide can collect.
•Do not force the petrol tool. Use the correct petrol tool for your application. The correct petrol

• Do not use the petrol tool if the main switch does not work. Any petrol tool that cannot be
controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

•Store idle petrol tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the petrol tool or these instructions to operate the petrol tool. Petrol tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
•Maintain petrol tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the petrol tool’soperation. If damaged, have the petrol tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained petrol tools.
•Use the petrol tool, accessories and tool bits etc., In accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of petrol tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the petrol tool for operations different from intended could result in ahazardous situation.

•Do not place any object on top of charger or on asurface that might block the ventilation slots and result in excessive internal heat. Place the charger in position away from any heat source.
•Never use adamaged charger. Damaged battery chargers, cables and plugs increase the risk of an electric shock.
•Do not disassemble charger. Take it to authorized service center when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassemble may result in arisk of electric shock, electrocution or fire.
•Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination can lead to danger of an electric shock.
•Do not store or use the tool in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 50°C(such as outside sheds or metal buildings in summer).
•The charger is designed to operate on standard household electrical power (230 V/ 50 Hz). Do not attempt to use it on any other voltage!

Be prepared! Have about one following things at least:
•Suitable fire extinguisher (froth extinguishing).
•Fully equipped first-aid kit, available easily for machine operator and accompanying person. It should contain enough pieces of bandage for lacerated/cutting wounds.
•Mobile phone or another device for quick calling of rescue service.

Don´t work alone. There must be around another person who knows principles of
the first aid.
The accompanying person must keep safe separation distance from your workplace,
but he/she must be able to see you the whole time! Work only on such places where you are able to call the rescue service quickly!
•In case of any injury always follow the first aid principles.
•If someone is cut, cover the wound with aclean cloth and press hard to stop the flow of blood.
•If battery liquid gets on your skin:

Vibration may cause the following symptoms to occur in the fingers, hands or wrists: “Falling asleep” (numbness), tingling, pain, stabbing sensation, alteration of skin colour or of the skin. If any of these symptoms occur, see aphysician!
Put safety first in the case of fire:
•If fire comes from the engine or smoke appears from any area other than the exhaust vent, first distance yourself from the product to ensure your physical safety.
•Use foam fire extinguisher on the fire to prevent it from spreading.
•Apanicked reaction could result in the fire and other damage becoming more extensive.

The lawn mower is delivered unassembled. The complete push bar, the grass catcher and the wheels must be assembled before using the lawnmower. Follow the operating instructions step-by-step and use the pictures provided as avisual guide to easily assemble the machine.
FOLDING HANDLE
1.Use the knob with wing nut and with washer to fix the lower handlebars into the mower
body (fig.2).
2.Lift the two locking levers to release the upper handlebars for folding (fig.3A).
3.Push the locking lever closed to lock the handlebars (fig.3B, C) in the operating position

4. Eventually adjust the tension by turning the lock nut with asuitable spanner (fig.3D).
5.Attach the cable using the cable-clamp (fig.5).

1.Pull the locking lever opening.
2.Rotating the upper handle centered of the angle adjusting gear for adjusted aappropriate angle into the scope – 20º to +20º (5 position: – 20º/-10º/0º/+10º/+20º) as the fig. 4 shown.
3.Push the locking lever closed to connect the lower handle and the upper handle.

1.To fit: Raise the rear cover and hitch the grass catcher on rear of mower (fig.6).

Disconnect the spark plug boot. Press stop control handle. Pull gently the starter handle toward the handle and put it to the rope guide (fig.7). Connect the spark plug boot.

You can push the button (fig.8A) to open it, and then press the cover to lock it (fig.8B). Models without electric starter - you can put tools such as spanner, screwdriver, and also put drinking bottle in these box.Models with electric starter - the box contains abattery (fig.8C).

REFUELING
•Use only clean, fresh, unleaded regular grade gasoline, with minimum octane rating - see
Specifications. This engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline. Unleaded gasoline produces fewer engine and spark plug deposits and extends exhaust system life. The fuel must not be older than 14-days.

• Approved fuel for this engine is petrol (e.g. Natural 95/90 octane). Never use stale or
contaminated gasoline or oil/gasoline mixture. Avoid getting dirt or water in the fuel tank. Do not use petrol containing methanol. It is recommended to use Fuel Stabiliser for engine protection. Fuel Stabiliser is available at petrol stations.
WARNING! Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive, and you can be burned or
seriously injured when refueling.
•Stop engine and keep heat, sparks, and flame away.
•Refuel only outdoors.
•Wipe up spills immediately.
NOTE: Fuel can damage paint and some types of plastic. Be careful not to spill fuel
when filling your fuel tank. Damage caused by spilled fuel is not covered under the Warranty.

engine has been allowed to cool for at least 15 minutes after running. Do not use fuel which is older then 14 days. Old fuel in the fuel tank is the leading cause of carburetor damage.
ADDINGFUEL
1.Remove the fuel tank cap (fig.9A).
2.Fill the fuel tank to no more than 1 cm below bottom of filler neck.
3.Do not overfill. Wipe up spilled fuel before starting the engine.
4.Close the fuel tank cap.
ENGINEOIL
NOTE: This engine is delivered without oil, be sure to put oil in the engine before
the starting. Use only below recommended types of oil.
RECOMMENDEDOIL
Use 4-stroke motor oil that meets or exceeds the requirements for API service classification SH, SJ, or equivalent. Always check the API service label on the oil container to be sure it includes the letters SH, SJ, or equivalent.
