Use only with butane fuel.2.
Do not aim Pencil Torch at yourself, 3. others or animals.
Do not aim at ammable materials.4.
Keep hands and ngers away from 5. path of ame and from hot tip.
The brass components of this product 6. contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects (or other reproductive harm). (California Health & Safety code §
25249.5, et seq.)
Use as intended only. Do not modify 7. or use for purpose for which is was not intended.
Keep away from children. This 8. product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
Inspect before every use; do not 9. use if parts are loose or damaged. If gas odor is detected during use, immediately shut off Pencil Torch.
Extinguish all open ames and, once
cooled, check all connections for gas leaks.
Turn off after every use. Allow 10. Pencil Torch to cool completely before storing.
Do not store any ammable 11. liquids or materials in area surrounding Pencil Torch or work area.
Store Pencil Torch in a dry, safe 12. location out of reach of children.
Maintain product labels and 13. nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
OPERATION

To light Pencil Torch, tilt the tip 4. upward slightly, but away from
your face and any ammable
objects, and turn the Brass Valve clockwise to “ON”. Listen for the sound of owing gas.
Be careful to keep ngers
away from the path of the
ame. Move a lit match ame to
the tip to ignite the Torch. Once
lit, the size of the ame can be
adjusted by rotating the Brass Valve.
To turn off, rotate the Brass 5. Valve counterclockwise fully to the OFF position.
When done using this product, 6. allow it to completely cool down, and store it in a safe location that is out of reach of children.
Note: Replacement parts are not
available for this item. Discard and do not use if leaking, damaged, parts are missing.
