Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite
accidents.
Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while assembling the Work Bench.
Distractions can cause you to lose control. Never allow children to climb on or play
on the Workbench. Never allow children to climb or play on the Workbench.
Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, and use common sense during assembly
and installation. Do not use, assemble or install the Work Bench while tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention
during set-up and assembly may result in serious personal injury.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing
and balance enables better control in unexpected situations.

Use safety equipment. Always wear ANSI-approved eye protection during
assembly and installation. Nonskid safety shoes, and hard hat, must be used for
appropriate conditions.

Do not force the product. Use the correct product for your application. The
correct product will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed.
Do not force the product and do not use the product for a purpose for which it is
not intended.
When servicing this product, use only identical replacement parts.
Maintain labels and nameplates on the product. These carry important informa-
tion. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
Maintain a safe working environment. Make sure there is adequate surrounding
workspace.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 220 lb.
Two adults should install the Work Bench. This will assure proper set-up of the
unit.
This product must be installed into wall studs that can support the maximum
weight of the item and the weight of all items being stored on the Work Bench.
Failure to do so may cause the Work Bench and its contents to loosen or fall, caus-
ing serious damage and injury.

When drilling holes for installation, always check to make sure that no electri-
cal wires or cables are in the drilling path.
Install the Work Bench on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the weight
of the Work Bench and the weight of all items placed on the Work Bench.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

Connect Rear Legs (5/6) to Peg Board Support (7) with two Nuts, Bolts and Wash-
ers (A) through each Leg (5/6) and Peg Board Support (7).
Connect Hook Bar (13) to each Peg Board Support (7) with Nut, Bolt and Washer
(A)-see Figure 1 and Assembly Diagram.
Secure Peg Board (C) to each Peg Support (7/8) with two Screws (B). Screws are
to be threaded through each of the lower holes in the Peg Board (8). Insert Screws
from the back with bolts and washers at the front of the Work Bench.
Secure the assembled section (Steps 1-4) to wall studs. Use the 3 holes on each
Leg and Peg Support as a guide and mark the holes onto the desired wall location.
Note that the holes for securing the Work Bench to the wall are marked by a small
plate at each hole-see Figure 1.
Set the back section of the Work Bench against the wall as desired, making certain
that the holes line up with the markings on the wall.
Pre-drill holes (drill not included), making certain that the drilling path is free of any
wires, lines and cables.
Secure the Work Bench to the wall with Anchor Bolts (H). Once the Anchor Bolts (H)
are secured to the wall, make certain that the Legs are firmly resting on the floor.

Attach Rear Table Support (2) to both rear Legs (5) using Nuts, Bolts and Washers
(A).

Attach each Bottom Shelf (12) to Left Cross Brace (9) and Right Cross Brace (10)
using Bolts, Washers and Nuts (A)-see Figure 2.
Secure each Cross Brace (9/10) with Bottom Shelf (12) to each Leg (11) using Nut,
Bolt and Washer (D).
Connect Top Brace (3/4) to each Leg (5) with Nut (D).
Attach Front Table Support (1) to front Legs (11) Nuts, Bolts and Washers (E).
Set Table (14) onto both Top Braces (3/4), Rear Table Support (2) and Front Table
Support (1).
Using the pre-drilled holes in the Table, attach the Table to the Rear Table Support
(2) and Front Table Support (1) using three Screws (G) up through each.
When you have finished assembling the Folding Work Bench, make certain that all
Legs rest securely on the floor. Make certain all hardware is tight and secure. Fold
up the Work Bench and use the locking latch to make certain it is securely collapsed
in the upright position.
INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Folding Work Bench.
Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or bro-
ken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. Do not use
damaged equipment.

Clean the Folding Work Bench with a soft cloth. Do not use water, flammable de-
tergents or harsh abrasives as they will damage the Work Bench. Avoid getting
the table wet.
