and use of this product.
Dress properly during setup and use. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry
and contain long hair.

Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

Use safety equipment during assembly. Always wear eye protection. Always
wear ANSI-approved safety goggles when setting up the Floor Rack.
Do not force this product. Use the correct product for your application. The cor-
rect product will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed. Do
not force this product and do not use it for a purpose for which it is not intended.
Store this product out of reach of children and other untrained persons.
Maintain this product with care.
Maintain labels and nameplates on the tool. These carry important information.
If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
Maintain a safe working environment. Make sure there is adequate surrounding
workspace. Do not use this product in a damp or wet location.
Make certain Caster Wheels are locked in position when not moving the Floor
Rack.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 530 Lbs. for the whole Floor
Rack. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 6.6 Lbs. for each Small Bin.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 11 Lbs. for each Large Bin.

Use on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the Floor Rack and the
products within it. Tipping hazard exists if this product is not loaded properly or
if it is moved on sloping or uneven surfaces.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
