SAFETY WARNING & CAUTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS TOOL!
1. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Do not use tools in damp, wet, or poorly lit locations. Don’t expose to rain. Keep work area well lit.
2. KEEP CHILDREN A W AY . Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle machines, tools, or equipment.
3. STORE IDLE EQUIPMENT . When not in use, tools must be locked up in a dry location to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and keep out of reach of children.
4. DO NOT FORCE THE TOOL. It will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it was intended. Do not use inappropriate attachments in an attempt to exceed the tool’s capacities.
5. USE THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB. Do not use a tool for a purpose for which it was not intended.
6. DRESS PROPERL Y . Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry , as they can be caught in moving parts. Non-skid footwear is recommended. W ear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair . Always wear appropriate work clothing.
7. DO NOT OVERREACH. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Do not reach over or across running machines.
8. MAINTAIN TOOLS WITH CARE. Keep tools maintained and clean for better and safer performance.
SPECIAL WARNINGS WHEN USING THIS PRESSURE WASHER CART
1. Wear appropriate work gloves and safety shoes when handling this cart and heavy items.
2. Be careful when handling pressure washers, air compressors, or other tools. Each of these present their own hazards. Check with the manufacturer’s warnings and instructions when using these tools and materials.
3. Keep the weight load evenly balanced on the cart. Excessively heavy loads on the top or one side of the cart may create unstability , with danger of the cart toppling over and possibly injuring a person or causing property damage.
4. Do not use solvents or flammable materials to clean this cart. A mild detergent in water will be sufficient. Solvents may damage the wheels or the paint; and possibly create fire hazard.
5. Be careful to avoid burning yourself on the pressure washer compressor or air compressor.
WARNING
Do not overload this cart, recommended weight limit is 300 Lbs.
Do not unbalance the weight load of materials carried on this cart.
When parking this cart, make sure it is on a stable, level surface to prevent rolling.
MAINTENANCE
1. Occasionally lubricate wheel bearings with a few drops of oil.
2. Keep the tires inflated to the pressure shown on the side of the tires (30 psi).
3. Keep the cart wiped down and clean. Do not expose it to prolonged wet or corrosive conditions.
4. Cover the cart and store it in a dry, protected environment when not in use.

ASSEMBLY
You will need a small adjustable or several small wrenches and a screwdriver to complete assembly of this Pressure Washer Cart.
1. Find a suitable assembly area, and arrange the parts and tools required to assemble the Cart.
2. Position one Lower Handle Part (#D) onto an inside edge of the rear of the Main Cart (#A) as shown in Figure 1.
3. Insert (2) m8 x 40 Bolts (#K) through the Main Cart and the Lower Handle from the outside inward, as shown. Fasten in place using (2) m8 Flat W ashers (#M) anfd m8 Nuts (#L).
4. Repeat Step 3 to install the remaining Lower Handle Part.
5. Slide one Pneumatic Wheel (#B) onto an axle as shown. Slide an m06 Flat W asher (#P) onto the axle. Secure the Wheel onto the axle using a Push Nut (#C). Secure the Push Nut onto the axle by tapping it onto the axle with a soft faced mallet. Do not hammer excessively on the push nut.
6. Install the other wheel by repeating Step 5.
7. If the Rubber Feet (#G) are not already installed, install them using (2) m8 x 26 Bolts (#N) and m8 Lock Nuts (#O). Insert a bolt through the recessed side of a rubber foot, then through a hole drilled in the bracket welded to the underside of the main cart. Secure in place with a lock nut. Repeat this process to install the second rubber foot.
8. Slide the Main Handle with Plate (#E) over the swaged ends of the lower handle parts. Hold in place by inserting a Carriage Bolt (#F) through each handle from the inside out, as shown in the diagram. Be sure the square under-head portion of each bolt fits into the square holes of the handle. Place an m20 Flat W asher (#J) over the threaded end of each carriage bolt, and secure in place with the Aluminum Knobs (#F).
