Meter Setup
Electrode Storage
• After use , rinse the elec trode wit h water and repla ce
the prote ctive cap fil led with a few dro ps of HI70300
storage solution.
DO NOT USE DIST ILLED OR DEIONIZED WATER FO R
STORAGE PURPOSES.
Electrode Cleaning
• Soak the el ectrode in HI7 00643P electr ode cleaning
solutio n for approxima tely 15 minutes t o dissolve
deposit s and other coat ings. After cl eaning, place i n
storage solution for 1 hour before use.

Battery Replacement
To replace the bat teries:
• Open the ba ttery com partment c ap (on the bottom o f
the instrument).
• Remove old batteries.
• Replace new b atteries , observin g the polarit y.
• Close th e battery co mpartmen t cap.
