OPERATIONAL GUIDE
To switch ON and OFF: press ON/OFF ( ).
To select the range pH, ORP (mV) or ISE: press RANGE.
To select the pH resolution or to toggle between mV and Rel mV: press MODE.
To read contextual help: press HELP.
To take pH, ORP, relative mV or ISE measurements: connect the electrode’s BNC connector to the appropriate socket, remove the protective cap and immerse the electrode tip into the sample. For ATC, connect the temperature probe to the appropriate socket. Stir briefly and wait for the reading to stabilize. For accurate readings, make sure you have a calibrated meter and a conditioned electrode.
For temperature compensation: Automatic - use temperature sensor inside the pH electrode. Manual - remove the temperature connector and use the ARROW keys to set the temperature value.
To enter pH/Rel mV/ISE Calibration mode: press CAL while in pH/Rel mV/ ISE measurement mode.
To change calibration buffer/standard: press the ARROW keys.
To clear pH/Rel mV/ISE calibration: press Clear functional key.
pH CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
• Place the probe in the first buffer.
• Wait for “CFM” blinking. Press CFM to accept the calibration point (see Note).
• Follow the above procedure until the fifth calibration point is reached. The meter returns to measurement mode.
Note: For one, two, three or four-point calibration, press CAL after the
appropriate accepted buffer. The meter returns to measurement mode.

Working with custom buffers
• To select a custom buffer (see Note): press the ARROW keys while in pH calibration mode until the Custom key will be displayed on the LCD.
• To change the custom buffer value in accordance with current temperature: press Custom and then the ARROW keys. Press Accept to confirm the value.
Note: The custom buffer is supposed to be set in SETUP mode. Replacing an old calibration point
• To select the old calibration point to be replaced: press the ARROW keys.
• To confirm the old calibration point to be replaced: press CFM.
• To leave replace mode: press CAL.
pH Calibration messages:
Wrong buffer - the pH reading is far from the selected buffer.
Electrode dirty/broken alternatively with “Buffer Contaminated” the electrode offset is out of acceptable range.
Wrong Buffer Temperature: buffer temperature out of defined range.
Wrong Old Slope: inconsistency between current and old calibration parameter.
Clean Electrode: an abnormal difference between new and previous calibration detected.
Outside Cal Range: out of calibration range.
RELATIVE mV CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
• To enter/exit relative mV calibration mode: press CAL while in relative mV measurement mode; the relative mV value is displayed on the main LCD line and the absolute mV value on the secondary line.
• To change the displayed relative mV value: press the ARROW keys.
• To confirm relative mV calibration: press CFM. The meter returns to relative mV measurement mode.
ION CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
• Place the ISE probe in the less concentrated standard.
• Wait for “CFM” to blink. Press CFM to accept the calibration point (see Note).
• Follow the above procedure until the fifth calibration point is reached. The meter returns to measurement mode.
Note: For one, two, three or four-point calibration, press CAL after the appropriate
accepted solution. The meter returns to measurement mode.
SETUP MODE
• To enter/exit SETUP view mode: press SETUP while in measurement mode.
• To toggle between displayed parameters: press the ARROW keys.
• To enter/exit SETUP changing mode: press Modify or simply select option.
GLP MODE
• To enter/exit GLP mode: press GLP while in measurement mode.
LOG MODE
• To store the current reading in memory: press LOG while in measurement mode.
• To view logged data: press RCL while in measurement mode.
• To view more details: press More.
• To delete records: press Delete key.
• To delete all records: press Delete All.
AutoEnd MODE
• To freeze the first stable reading on the LCD: press AutoEnd while in measurement mode; the “WAIT” tag will blink until the reading will stabilize, then “Hold” will be displayed.
• To return to measurement mode: press Continue.
