HI 7634-00 Conductivity Probe
HI 7634-00 is an EC/TDS probe with built-in
NTC sensors which provide temperature compen­sated conductivity measurements.
It can be used with the following Hanna meters:
BL 983313: 0 to 1999 µS/cm BL 983315: 0.0 to 199.9 ppm BL 983319: 0 to 1999 ppm BL 983320: 0.0 to 199.9 µS/cm BL 983321: 0.00 to 19.99 ppm BL 983322: 0.00 to 19.99 µS/cm BL 983324: 0.0 to 49.9 ppm BL 983329: 0 to 999 ppm
WARRANTY:
HI 7634-00 probe is warranted for a period of one year. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement free
of charge. Damages due to accident, misuse, tampering or lack of
prescribed maintenance are not covered. If service is required, contact the dealer from whom you
purchased the instrument. If under warranty, report the model number, date of purchase, serial number and the nature of the failure. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, you will be notified of the charges incurred. If the instrument is to be returned to Hanna Instruments, first obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number from the Customer Service department and then send it with ship­ment costs prepaid. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, you will be notified of the charge for repair or replacement. When shipping any instrument, make sure it is properly packaged for complete protection.

CONNECTIONS:
The wires from the probe cable must be con­nected to the process EC or TDS controller as shown below. The connections are color coded for an easy installation.
Note: once the probe is attached to the meter, it is recommended to calibrate it before tak­ing any measurement. Follow the calibration procedure in the meter's manual.

PROBE MAINTENANCE:
To improve the probe performance and pro­long its life, it is recommended to clean it regularly.
• Immerse the tip of the probe in HI7061 Cleaning Solution for one hour.
• If a more thorough cleaning is required, brush the metal pins with very fine sand­paper.
• After cleaning, rinse the probe with tap water and recalibrate the meter.
• When not in use, clean the probe be­fore storing it away.
