1. Remove cabinet cover. 2. Align holes in riser bracket with holes in
new cabinet cover.

NOTE: Apply Loctite® to all threaded fasteners during assembly.
3. Align holes in reinforcement plate with
holes in new cabinet cover and riser bracket.
5. Install new cabinet cover.
4. Install mounting bolts, lock washers and
nuts to secure. Tighten to 20 ft.-lb. torque
with a 3/8” open end or socket wrench.
6. Align studs on actuator assembly to
holes in riser bracket.
7. Attach fender washer and nuts, but do not tighten.

8. Assemble actuator assembly to rear 3 dome cover
studs and secure using dome nuts. Tighten 20 in.-lb.
torque with a 1/4” open end or socket wrench.
9. Lower cover over kettle and adjust mounting bracket as required to align. Tighten the
four nuts below the actuator assembly to 10 ft.-lb. with a 1/4” open end or socket wrench.
10. Apply Loctite® to the cover studs.
11. Install handle spacers over front two
dome cover studs.

12. Attach handle over spacers and secure
with dome nuts.
13. Tighten nuts to 20 in.-lb. torque
with a 1/4” open end or socket wrench.
14. Adjust tension in actuator assembly by
turning adjusting nuts. Use two 3/4” open
end wrenches.
