Old and Out-of-Order Fridges
• If your old fridge has a lock, break or remove the lock before discarding it, because
children may get trapped inside it and may cause an accident.
• Old fridges and freezers contain isolation material and refrigerant with CFC. Therefore,
take care not to harm environment when you are discarding your old fridges.
Notes:
• If your appliance uses R600 as a refrigerant – you can learn this information from the
label on the cooler- you should be careful during shipment and montage to prevent
your appliance’s cooler elements from being damaged. Although R600a is a
environmental friendly and natural gas, as it is explosive, in case of a leakage to be
occurred due to a damage in the cooler elements move your fridge from open flame
or heat sources and ventilate the room where the appliance is located for a few
minutes.
• While carrying and positioning the fridge, do not give damage to the cooler gas
circuit.
• Please read the instruction manual carefully before installing and using your appliance.
We are not responsible of the damage occurred due to misuse.
• Follow all instructions on your appliance and instruction manual, and keep this
manual in a safe place to resolve the problems that may occur in the future.
• This appliance is produced to be used at houses and it can only be used in house
and for the specified purposes. It is not suitable for commercial or common use.
Such use will cause the guarantee of the appliance to be cancelled and our company
will not be responsible for the losses to be occurred.

storing foods. It is not suitable for commercial or common use and/or for storing

Safety Warnings
Notice: Do not use mechanical devices or other artificial methods to quicken to the
defrosting. Do not use electrical devices on the food storage areas of your appliance.
Keep the ventilation areas of your appliance open. Do not damage your fridge’s refrigerant
circuit.
• Do not use multiple receptacles or extension cord.
• Do not plug in damaged, torn or old plugs.
• Do not pull, bend or damage the cord.
• This appliance is designed for use by adults, do not allow children
to play with the appliance or let them to hang over the door. Do
not pull the door hard.
• Do not break or scrape the ice with a sharp object like a knife.
• Use the freezer for storing frozen foods, freezing the uncooked
food or for producing ice.
• Do not plug-in or out the plug from the receptacle with wet hands
to prevent electrocution!
• Do not place explosive or flammable material in your fridge for
your safety.
• Do not place glass bottles or beverage cans in the freezer
compartment. Bottles or cans may explode.
• When taking ice made in the freezer compartment, do not touch
it, ice may cause ice burns and/or cuts.
• Do not touch frozen goods with wet hands! Do not eat ice-cream
and ice cubes immediately after you take them out of your fridge!
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they are supervised or given instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety. Supervise the children to prevent them playing with the
appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person.

Installing and Operating your Fridge
Before starting to use your fridge, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Operating voltage for your fridge is 220-240 V at 50Hz.
• Mains cord of your fridge has a grounded plug. This plug should be used with a
grounded receptacle that has a 16 ampere fuse minimum. If you don’t have a
receptacle confirming with this, please have it done by a qualified electrician.
• W e do not take the responsibility of the damages that occur due to ungrounded
usage.
• Place your fridge in a place that it would not be exposed to direct
sunlight.
• Your appliance should be at least 50 cm away from stoves,
ovens and heater cores, and should be at least 5 cm away from
electrical ovens.
• Your fridge should never be used outdoors or left under the rain.
• When your fridge is placed next to a deep freezer, there should
be at least 2 cm between them to prevent humidity on the outer
surface.
• Do not place anything on your fridge, and install your fridge in a
suitable place so that at least 15 cm is available on the upper
side.
• The adjustable front legs should stabilized in an appropriate height to allow your
fridge operate in a stable and proper way. You can adjust the legs by turning them
clockwise (or in the opposite direction). This should be done before placing food in
the fridge.
• Before using your fridge, wipe all parts with warm water added with a tea spoonful of
sodium bicarbonate, and then rinse with clean water and dry. Place all parts after
cleaning.
• Install the distance adjustment plastic (the part with black vanes
at the rear) by turning it 90° as shown in the figure to prevent the
condenser from touching the wall.
Before Operating your Fridge
• When it is operated for the first time or after transportation, keep your
fridge in the upright position for 3 hours and plug it on to allow
efficient operation.
• Your fridge may have a smell when it is operated for the first time; the
smell will fade away when your fridge starts to cool.

CHAPTER- 2.
• This allows automatic adjustment of temperature settings on the fridge and freezer
compartments of your refrigerator. It may be adjusted to any setting between 1 and 5.
Cooling level is increased when the thermostat setting knob is rotated from 1 to 5.
You can operate your refrigerator with a lower cooling level in winter to save energy.
Freezer compartment thermostat knob;
5 : This is used for rapidly freezing the food and obtaining ice quickly. Your fridge
shall be operating for a long time. Please bring it to the original setting when the
freezer compartment is cooled adequately.
3 - 4 : This setting is for normal usage and storing the food for a long time.
1 - 2 : This setting is used for storing the ice cubes and saving energy on winter.
Fridge compartment thermostat knob;
5 : This setting is used for more cooling.
3 - 4 : For regular use and best performance.
1 - 2 : This setting is used for less cooling.
Warnings about Temperature Adjustments
• Thermostat settings should be made according to the frequency of door openings,
the quantity of food kept inside the fridge and ambient temperature of the place of
your fridge.
• It is not recommended that you operate your fridge in environments colder than 10°C
in terms of its efficiency.
• Your fridge should be operated up to 24 hours according to the ambient temperature
without interruption after being plugged in to be completely cooled. Do not open
doors of your fridge frequently and do not place much food inside it in this period.
• Operate your appliance after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes after sudden power breakdowns
or after unplugging the appliance, because the gas in the cooling system is not
stabilized yet.

• Your fridge is designed to operate in the ambient temperature intervals stated in the
standards, according to the climate class stated in the information label. We do not
recommend operating your fridge out of stated temperatures value limits in terms of
cooling effectiveness.
Accessories
Quick Freezer Compartment
• Use Quick freezer compartment for
freezing fresh foods. In this way, you
can enable the foods which you want
to freeze to be frozen more rapidly and
prevent their contact with already frozen
foods. * When the food is frozen, you
can place them to the other shelves in
the freezing compartment by taking
them from the quick freezer shelf.
• To open the Quick freezer compartment
door, you can hold it and push forward
by moving on the rails and you can
close it by pulling it back in the same
way.
• Before closing the upper door of your fridge, make sure that the cover of the quick
freezer is closed. Otherwise, it cannot perform its quick freezing function.
Icemaker
• Fill the icebox part of the icemaker with water and place it back.
• You can take your ice approximately 2 hours later.
• Without displacing the icebox, turn the icebox arm to the right until
all the ice cubes are discharged to the ice bucket.
• You can serve taking the ice bucket out or you can save ice there.
! The ice bucket is only for saving ice. Do not use it for making ice by
putting water in it. Otherwise, it can be broken.

Chilled Room Compartment:
Chilled Room enables your food to be kept
in 0°C. You can keep the frozen foods that
you take out of the deepfreeze compartment
in order to defrost them or you can keep the
meats and cleaned fishes (in plastic bags
or packets) etc. which you will use within 1-2
days without need for freezing. (Water is
frozen in 0°C but the foods including salt or
sugar can be frozen in colder environments.)
! Please do not put the food you would like frozen or iceboxes in this compartment.
Crisper cover and moisture protection filter
Vegetables and fruits like spinach or broccoli may
emit ethylene gas that may cause spoiling due to
humidity in a short while when they are put into
the crisper. This gas may cause spoiling of other
vegetables and fruits and also smell.
Moisture protection filter adjusts the level of the
humidity caused by the vegetables and fruits inside
the crisper, and thus prevents the smell and
ethylene gas that may spoil other vegetables.
Thus, it helps to keep other vegetables and fruits
fresh.
NOTE: Ensure that this filter does not get wet when you are cleaning the crisper cover.
Therefore, remove the “moisture protection filter” before you clean the crisper cover:
• Take off the moisture protection filter cover by prying it off on two points with a
screwdriver.
• Remove the moisture protection filter.
• After you have cleaned the crisper cover and dried it off, place the moisture protection
filter first.
• Install the moisture protection filter cover properly.
• The service life of the crisper filter is the same as the service life of the refrigerator.
Therefore, there is no need to replace it.

Note: In order to place the crisper covers back, follow the abovementioned process
reversely. Some models do not have a crisper middle rail. You may remove the crisper
directly by pulling it out.
Visual and text descriptions on the accessories section may vary according
to the model of your appliance.
First step: Taking the Crispers out
• Pull the crisper towards you.
• Hold the front part of it and take it
out.

• Remove it by pulling it to yourself.
Third step: Taking the Crisper Covers out
• Pull the “tabs” on the right and left of
the crisper cover to yourself until it
the tabs are aligned with the
grooves on the rail.
• When the tabs are aligned with the
grooves, remo ve the cover by
pulling it upwards.

Freezer Compartment
• For normal operating conditions, adjusting the freezer compartment to 2 or 3 bars
on the bar graph will be adequate.
• The freezer is used for storing deep frozen or frozen foods for a long time or for
producing ice.
• Do not put fresh and hot foods to the shelves of the freezer door in order to freeze
them. Only use it for storing frozen foods.
• Do not put fresh and hot foods close to frozen foods because the frozen foods can
melt.
• In order to freeze the food you cook at home (which needs to be frozen) more
quickly, use the quick freezer shelf, because the quick freezer compartment has
higher capacity of freezing.
• While freezing a fresh food (e.g. Meat, fish and minced meat), divide them into little
portions that you can use once.
• While freezing fresh foods; the maximum amount of food that can be frozen within
24 hours is shown on the label of the appliance (as kg).
• For an ideal appliance capacity that will enable you to reach the maximum freezing
capacity, rotate the freezer compartment thermostat knob to MAX position 24 hours
before you place fresh foods in the freezer compartment.
• After placing fresh foods in the freezer compartment, waiting for 24 hours with the
knob at MAX position is generally enough. After 24 hours, you do not need to
adjust the freezer compartment knob to the MAX position.
• Caution; While freezing a small amount of food, you do not need to adjust the
freezer compartment knob to the MAX position. This will help you to save energy.
PLACING THE FOOD
Where to place in the
• For normal operating conditions, adjusting the refrigerator compartment to 2 or 3
bars on the bar graph will be adequate.
• Food should be placed to the fridge in closed containers or covered with appropriate
material.
• Hot food and beverages should be cooled to room temperature before being placed
in the fridge.
• Vegetables and fruits: can be to the vegetable bin directly without being wrapped.
• Fridge air duct distributes cold air to the fridge compartment. Avoid preventing the air
flow by covering the front of the ducts with food. Do not thrust packed food or containers
to the lamp or door of the fridge compartment.
Important Note:
• Cover the liquid and stews when you put them on fridge. Otherwise, the humidity
amount inside the fridge increases. And, this causes the fridge to operate more.
Covering the food and beverages also allow you to protect their taste and flavor.
• Potatoes, onion and garlic shouldn’t be kept in the fridge.

• To store the frozen foods; you should carefully obey the instructions on the packages
of frozen foods, if there is no instruction on foods they should be stored maximum for
3 months as of the date of purchasing.
• W hen you purchase frozen foods; please make sure that the food is frozen on
appropriate temperatures and their package is safe.
• Frozen foods should be carried in appropriate storage boxes and be placed in the
freezer compartment of the appliance as soon as possible.
• If there are moisture and abnormal swelling marks on the package of a frozen food,
it was probably stored in an inappropriate temperature and its content deteriorated.
• The expiry date of a frozen food depends on the room temperature, thermostat setting,
the frequency of opening the door of your fridge, the type of food, the time passing
while carrying it from shop to the house. Always follow instructions on the package
and do not exceed storing period.
Important Note:
• Cover the liquid and stews when you put them on fridge. Otherwise, the humidity
amount inside the fridge increases. And, this causes the fridge to operate more.
Covering the food and beverages also allow you to protect their taste and flavour.
• If you put the frozen foods taken out from the deep freezer compartment of your fridge
to the fridge compartment one day before, they will help the fridge to cool. So you can
save energy. If you put the material in the deep freeze to an open area, energy loss
occurs.
• Frozen meat should be cooked as fresh meat after being thawed. If the meat is not
cooked after being thawed, it should never be frozen again.
• Some spices in cooked food (aniseed, basil, dill, vinegar, spice mix, ginger, garlic,
onion, mustard, thyme, marjoram, black pepper, bologna sausage etc.) may have a
foul taste when stored for a long time. Therefore, frozen food should be spiced just
a little or spice should be added after the food is thawed.
• The storing time for the food depends on the oil used. Margarines, veal fat, olive oil
and butter are suitable, peanut oil and lard are not suitable.
• Cooked food in liquid form should be frozen in plastic containers, other food should
be frozen wrapped in plastic foil or in plastic bags.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Make sure to unplug the fridge before starting to clean it.
• Do not wash your fridge by pouring water.
• You can wipe the inner and outer sides of your appliance
with a soft cloth or a sponge using warm and soapy water.
• Remove the parts individually and clean with soapy water.
Do not wash in washing machine.
• Never use flammable, explosive or corrosive material like
thinner, gas, acid for cleaning.
• The condenser (the back part with black wings)
should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner or a dry
brush at least once a year. This will help your fridge
to operate more efficiently and will enable you to
save energy.

Replacing the bulb
To replace the bulb in freezer and fridge
compartments;
1- Unplug your fridge.
2- Remove the cover of the box from the
claws using a screwdriver. (A)
3- Replace with a bulb of maximum 15
Watts. (B)
4- Install the cover. (C)
Note: Some models do n ot have freezer
compartment lamp.
SHIPMENT AND REPOSITIONING
• Original package and foam may be kept for re-transportation (optionally).
• You should fasten your fridge with thick package, bands or strong cords and follow
the instructions for transportation on the package for re-transportation.
• Remove movable parts (shelves, accessories, vegetable bins etc.) or fix them into
the fridge against shocks using bands during re-positioning and transportation.
Carry your fridge in the upright position.
Repositioning the Door
• It is not possible to change the opening direction of your fridge door, if the door
handles on your fridge are installed from the front surface of the door.
• It is possible to change the opening direction of the door on models without any
handles.
• If the door opening direction of your fridge may be changed, you should contact the
nearest Authorized Service to have the opening direction changed.

BEFORE CALLING SERVICE
Check Warnings;
If your fridge is not operating;
• Is there any electrical fault?
• Is the plug is placed properly in the socket outlet?
• Is the fuse of the socket outlet that the plug is plugged or the main fuse blown?
• Is the thermostat setting is on “1” position?
• Is there any fault in the socket outlet? Examine this by plugging your fridge into a
socket outlet which you are sure that is working.
If your fridge is not cooling enough;
• Is the thermostat setting is on “1” position?
• Is the door of your fridge opened frequently and left open for a long while?
• Is the door of fridge closed properly?
• Did you put a dish or food on your fridge so that it contacts the rear wall of your fridge
so as to prevent the air circulation?
• Is your fridge filled excessively?
• Is there adequate distance between your fridge and the rear and side walls?
• Is the ambient temperature between the values specified in the operating manual?
If the food in your refrigerator compartment is over cooled
• Is the temperature adjustment right? (Is the thermostat knob is on “5” position?)
• Are there many food recently put inside the freezer compartment? If so, your fridge
may over cool the food inside the refrigerator compartment as it will operate longer
to cool these food.
If your fridge is operating too loudly;
To maintain the set cooling level, compressor may be activated from time to time. Noises
from your fridge at this time are normal and due to its function. When the required cooling
level is reached, noises will be decreased automatically. If the noises persist;
• Is your appliance stable? Are the legs adjusted?
• Is there anything behind your fridge?
• Are the shelves or dishes on the shelves vibrating? Re-place the shelves and/or
dishes if this is the case.
• Are the items placed on your fridge vibrating?
Normal Noises;
Cracking (Ice cracking) Noise:
• During automatic defrosting.
• When the appliance is cooled or warmed (due to expansion of appliance material).
Short cracking: Heard when the thermostat switches the compressor on/off.
CHAPTER- 6.
Lamp Replacement

Compressor noise (Normal motor noise): This noise means that the compressor
operates normally Compressor may cause more noise for a short time when it is
activated.
Bubbling noise and splash: This noise is caused by the flow of the refrigerant in the
tubes of the system.
Water flow noise: Normal flow noise of water flowing to the evaporation container
during defrosting. This noise can be heard during defrosting.
Air Blowing Noise (Normal fan noise): This noise can be heard in No-Frost fridge
during normal operation of the system due to the circulation of air.
If humidity builds up inside the fridge;
• Are all food packed properly? Are the containers dried before placing them in the
fridge?
• Are the fridge doors opened frequently? Humidity of the room gets in the fridge when
the doors are opened. Humidity build up will be faster when you open the doors
more frequently, especially if the humidity of the room is high.
• Building up of water drops on the rear wall after automatic defrosting is normal. (in
Static Models)
If the doors are not opened and closed properly;
• Do the food packages prevent closing of the door?
• Are the door compartments, shelves and drawers placed properly?
• Are door gaskets broken or torn?
• Is your fridge on a level surface?
If the edges of fridge cabinet that the door joint contact are warm;
Especially in summer (hot weather), the surfaces that the joint contact may get warmer
during the operation of the compressor, this is normal.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Compressor protection thermal fuse will be blown after sudden power breakdowns
or after unplugging the appliance, because the gas in the cooling system is not
stabilized yet. Your fridge will start after 4 or 5 minutes, there is nothing to worry
about.
• The cooling unit of your refrigerator is hidden in the rear wall. Therefore, water droplets
or icing may occur on the rear surface of your fridge due to the operation of the
compressor in specified intervals. This is normal. There is no need to perform a
defrosting operation unless the icing is excessive.
• If you will not use your fridge for a long time (e.g. in summer holidays), put the
thermostat to “0” position. After defrosting, clean your fridge and leave the door open
to prevent humidity and smell.
• If the problem persists after you have followed all the instructions above, please
consult to the nearest Authorized Service.
• The appliance you have purchased is designed for home type use and can be
used only at home and for the stated purposes. It is not suitable for commercial
or common use. If the consumer use the appliance in a way that does not comply
with these features, we emphasize that the producer and the dealer shall not be
responsible for any repair and failure within the guarantee period.
• The lifetime of your appliance stated and declared by the Department of the Industry
(the period for retaining parts required for the proper functioning of the appliance) is
10 years.
Comformity Information
• Tropical Class is defined for the environment temperatures between 16°C and 43°C
in accordance with the TS EN ISO 15502 Standards.
• The appliance is designed in compliance with the EN15502, IEC60335-1 / IEC603352-24, 2004/108/EC standards.
Contact your municipality for the reuse, recycling, recovery and disposal
of your product.

• Le gaz réfrigérant R600a qui est contenu dans le réfrigérateur est un gaz naturel et
non nuisible à l’environnement, mais combustible. Il est do nc important de
transporter et installer votre réfrigérateur avec soin afin de ne pas endommager les
conduits réfrigérants. Dans le cas d’un choc ou fuite de gaz,éviter tout contact avec
une flamme ou un foyer à proximité et ventiler le local.
• Il est recommandé de ne pas utiliser des objets métalliques pointus ou autres objects
artificiels pour accélérer la décongelation.
• Ne pas utiliser d’appareils électriques à l’intérieur de réfrigérateur.
• Si cet appareil sert à remplacer un vieux réfrigérateur, retirez-le ou détruisez les
fermetures avant de vous débarrasser de l'appareil. Ceci permet d'éviter aux enfants
de s'enfermer dans l'appareil et de mettre ainsi leur vie en danger.
• Les réfrigérateurs et congélateurs hors d’usage renferment des gaz calorifuges et
réfrigérants qui doivent étre évacués correctment. Veillez à ce que l'ancien
réfrigérateur soit mis au rebut correctement. Veuillez contacter les autorités locales
de votre région pour obtenir des renseignements concernant la mise au rebut et les
endroits possibles.. Parfois le revendeur reprend l’ancien réfrigérateur. Assurezvous que les tubes frigorifiques ne sont pas endommagés anant la mise à la
décharge.

Recommandations :

ventilation de l’appareil. N’endommagez pas le circuit de liquide réfrigérant du
réfrigérateur.
• Ne pas utiliser des adapteurs ou joints qui pourraient provoquer le surchauffage ou
l’incendie .
• Ne pas brancher sur la fiche des cables abimés et courbés .
• Ne tordez pas et ne pliez pas les câbles.
• Ne pas permettre aux enfants de jouer avec l’appareil . Les
empècher de s’asseoir sur les rayons ou de se suspendre à la
porte .
• Pour racler le givre formé dans la partie congélante, ne pas utiliser
des objets metalliques tranchants qui pourraient Abîmer le corps
du congélateur et créer des dommages irréversibles . Pour faire
cela, utiliser un grattoir en plastique.
• Ne pas insérer la fiche dans la prise avec la main mouillée .
• Afin d'éviter le danger d'explosion des bou teilles ou boîtes
métalliques qui contiennent des liquides gazeux, ne pas les placer
dans la partie congélation.
• Les bouteilles contenant de l’alcool en grande quantité doivent être
soigneusement rebouchées et placées perpendiculairement dans
l’appareil .
• Ne pas toucher la surface réfrigérante avec la main mouillée, afin
d’éviter le risque d’être brulé ou blessé.
• Ne pas manger le givre sortie de la partie congélante .
• Cet appareil n'est pas prévu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les
enfants) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites, ou
des personnes dénuées d'expérience ou de connaissance, sauf si elles ont pu
bénéficier, par l'intermédiaire d'une personne responsable leur sécurité, d'une

• Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabriquant

Installation et branchement de l’appareil
Avertissement ! Cet appareil doit être branché à une borne de mise à la terre.
Lors de l'installation de l'appareil, veillez à ce que le câble d'alimentation ne soit
pas coincé dessous, dans quel cas ce dernier serait endommagé.
• Cet appareil fonctionne sur courant alternatif 220-240V, 50 Hz.
• Avant d’effectuer le raccordement électrique, assurez-vous que le voltage indiqué
sur la plaque signalétique correspond au voltage de l’installation électrique de votre
habitation.
• Si la prise de courant et la prise du réfrigérateur ne sont pas compatibles, remplacez
cette dernière par une prise adéquate (au moins 16 A).
• L’appareil doit être relié à la terre. Si vous ne disposez pas de prise de terre, nous
vous conseillons de contacter un électricien.
• Le fabricant décline to ute resp on sabilité en cas de nonraccordement à la terre conformément aux recommandations
de cette brochure.
• N’exposez pas l’appareil aux rayons directs du soleil.
• Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé en plein air, ni exposé à la
pluie.
• Placez le réfrigérateur loin des sources de chaleur, dans un
endroit bien ventilé. Il doit se trouver au moins à 50 cm des
radiateurs, fours à gaz ou à charbon et à 5 cm des fours
électriques.
• Prévoyez un espace libre d’au moins 15 cm au-dessus de
l’appareil.
• Evitez de placer des objets lourds ou un grand nombre d’objets
sur l’appareil.
• Si l’appareil est installé à côté d’un autre réfrigérateur ou
congélateur, observez une distance minimale de 2 cm pour
éviter la condensation.
• La base de l’appareil doit être stable et horizontale. Utilisez les
pieds réglables situés à l’avant de l’appareil pour compenser
les irrégularités du sol.
• L’espace situé en dessous de l’appareil doit rester libre pour assurer la circulation
de l’air. Ne le bouchez pas avec un tapis, etc.
• L’extérieur de l’appareil et les accessoires intérieurs doivent être nettoyés avec une
solution d’eau et de savon liquide. L’intérieur doit être nettoyé avec du bicarbonate
de soude dissous dans de l’eau tiède. Séchez avec soin et remettez les accessoires
en place.
Avant de brancher l’appareil
• Attendez 3 heures avant de brancher l’appareil, afin de garantir des
performances optimales.
• Votre appareil neuf peut avoir une odeur particulière. Celle-ci
disparaîtra une fois qu’il commencera à se refroidir.

FONCTIONS DIVERSES
Réglage du thermostat

Les thermo stats du co ngélateur et du réfrigérateur régu lent automatiquement
la température interne des compartiments. En tournant le bouton de la position 1
vers la position 5, vous pouvez obtenir des températures de plus en plus froides.
Durant les saisons froides, vo us pouvez régler l’ap pareil sur les positio ns
les plus faibles pour économiser de l’énergie.
Réglage du thermostat du congélateur :
1 – 2 : Pour la conservation de moyenne durée d’aliments dans le compartiment
congélateur, réglez le bouton du thermostat entre minimum et moyen.
3 – 4 : Pour la conservation de longue durée d’aliments dans le compartiment
congélateur, réglez le bouton du thermostat sur moyen.
5 : Pour congeler des aliments frais. L’appareil fonctionnera plus longtemps. Une
fois que les aliments sont congelés, régler à nouveau le thermostat sur une position
plus adéquate.
Réglage du thermostat du réfrigérateur :
1 – 2 : Environnement moins froid.
3 – 4 : Environnement normal.
5 : Environnement plus froid.
Remarque : la température ambiante, la température des aliments tout juste rangés et la
fréquence d’ouverture de la porte affectent la température des compartiments réfrigérateur
et congélateur. Si nécessaire, changez le réglage du thermostat.
• A la première utilisation de l’appareil, nous vous conseillons de laisser l’appareil
fon ctionner sans interruptio n pendant 24 heures jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne la
température de refroidissement suffisante.
• Dans ce laps de temps, essayez de ne pas ouvrir la porte trop fréquemment et
placez-y le moins d’aliments possible.
• Si vous débranchez ou arrêtez l’appareil, attendez au moins 5 minutes avant de le
rebrancher ou de le remettre en marche, afin de ne pas endommager le
compresseur.

Compartiments fraîcheur
• Lorsque vous placez des aliments dans le
compartiment fraîcheur plutôt que dans le
compartiment congélateur ou réfrigérateur,
ils conservent leur fraîcheur, leur saveur ainsi
qu’un aspect sain plus longtemps. Lorsque
le compartiment fraîcheur est sale, retirez-le
et lavez-le sous l’eau.
(L’eau gèle à 0°C, mais les aliments contenant
du sel ou du sucre gèlent à une température
moins élevée).
• Le compartiment fraîcheur est en général utilisé pour le poisson frais, légèrement
mariné, le riz, etc.
Le compartiment fraîcheur ne permet pas de congeler des aliments ou de fabriquer
des glaçons.
Accessoires
Fabrication de glaçons : (Icematic)
• Retirez le bac à glaçons.
• Remplissez-le d’eau, jusqu’au niveau indiqué par le trait.
• Replacez-le dans sa position d’origine.
• Lorsque les glaçons sont prêts, appuyez sur le levier pour qu’ils
tombent dans le réservoir à glaçons
Ne remplissez pas d’eau le réservoir à glaçons pour fabriquer des
glaçons. Vous pourriez le casser.
Compartiment de congélation rapide
• Utilisez le compartiment de congélation rapide
pour congeler vos plats faits maison (et les
aliments frais) plu s rapidement. Ce
compartiment bénéficie d’une plus grande
puissance de congélation.
• P our ouvrir le co mp artiment, poussez le
couvercle vers le haut et faites-le glisser dans
le compartiment. Fermez-le de la même
manière.
Remarque : vérifiez que le couvercle du compartiment de congélation rapide est fermé
avant de fermer la porte du congélateur. Sinon, la congélation rapide risque de ne pas
fonctionner

Bac à légumes et couvercle du bac à légumes
Le bac à légumes abso rbe et élimine le gaz
d’éthylène (*) émis par les fruits et les légumes
grâce au “FILTRE” du couvercle du bac à légumes,
conservant ainsi la fraîcheur des fruits et légumes.
Le filtre élimine également les od eurs
désagréables du bac à légumes et contrôle leur
excès en eau, maintenant un environnement très
humide à l’intérieur du bac. Lorsque le couvercle
est sale, retirez le couvercle du filtre, puis le filtre
lui-même et nettoyez le couvercle du bac avec de
l’eau.
! Ne nettoyez pas le “filtre de contrôle d’humidité” avec de l’eau.
(*)REMARQUE : le gaz d’éthylène est un gaz produit pa r les fruits et les légumes,
qui accélère leur mûrissement. Par exemple, les épinards et les brocolis jaunissent
facilement dans les endroits où le gaz d’éthylène est abondant.

Enlever le couvercle des bacs a Legumes
Première étape: Enlever les bacs à légumes
• C´est facile de retirer les bacs à légumes
car les bacs sont équ ipés avec des
roulettes.
• Retirez le bac le plus loin possible,
soulevez le devant et retirez entièrement.
Deuxième étape: Enlever la partition
intermédiaire des bacs à légumes entre les
bacs.
• Poussez la partition vers la gauche en
laissant le dessous en place.
• Retirez la partition des bacs.
Troisième étape: Enlever le couvercle des
bacs à légumes
• Retirez le couvercle des bacs à légumes
jusqu´à ce que les chevilles du couvercle
entrent dans les cavités (sur le côté droit
et gauche) du compartiment.
• Quand les chevilles arrivent dans les
cavités, poussez vers le haut et retirez le
couvercle des bacs à légumes.

Indicateur de température
Pour vous aider au bon réglage de votre appareil nous
avon s équipé votre réfrigérateur d’u n indicateur de
température, celui-ci étant placé dans la zone la plus
froide.
Pour la bon ne conservation des denrées dans votre
réfrigérateur et notamment dans la zone la plus froide,
veillez á ce que sur l’indicateur de temperature le logo
« OK » ap paraisse. Si « O K » n’apparaît pas, La
température est mal réglée.
L’indication « OK » apparaissant en noir,celui-ci est difficilement visible si l’indicateur de
température est mal éclairé. La bonne lecture de celui-ci est facilitée s’il est correctement
éclairé.
A chaque modification du dispositif de réglage de température, attendez la stabilisation
de la température à l’intérieur de l’appareil avant de procéder si nécessaire, à un nouveau
réglage. Ne mo difiez la position du disp ositif de réglage de température que
progressivement et attendez au moins 12 heures avant de procéder à une nouvelle
vérification et à une éventuelle modification.
NOTA: Après chargement de l’appareil de denrées fraîches ou après ouvertures répétées
(ou ouverture prolongée) de la porte il est normal que l’inscription « OK » n’apparaisse
pas dans l’indicateur de réglage de température. Si l’évaporateur du compartiment
réfrigérateur (paroi du fond de l’appareil) se couvre anormalement de givre (appareil trop
chargé, température ambiante élevée, ouvertures fréquentes de la porte), réglez le
dispositif de réglage de température sur une position inférieure jusqu’à obtenir de
nouveau des périodes d’arrêt du compresseur.
Emplacement des denrées
Zone la plus froide
Vous obtiendrez une meilleure conservation de vos aliments si vous
les placez dans la zone de froid convenant le mieux à leur nature. La
zone la plus froide se situe juste au-dessus de bac à légumes.
Le symbole ci-contre indique l’emplacement de zone la plus froide
de votre réfrigérateur
La zone la plus froide du compartiment réfrigérateur est délimitée
par les autocollants collés sur le côté gauche de la paroi.

La limite superieure de la zone la plus froide est
indiquée par la base inférieure de l’autocollant (pointe
de Fléche).La clayette supérieure de la zone la plus
froide doit être au même niveau que la pointe de la
Fléche.LA Zone la plus Froide se situe en-dessous de
ce niveau.
Ces clayettes étant amovibles, veillez à ce qu’elles
soient toujours au même niveau que ces limites de
zone décrites sur les autocollants, afin de garantir les
températures dans cette zone.
Chaque typ e d’aliment a une température de
conservation idéale et donc un emplacement pécis à
respecter.

SECTION 3. RANGEMENT DES ALIMENTS
Compartiment réfrigérateur
• Régler le compartiment réfrigérateur au niveau de la barre graphique 2-3 sera
suffisant pour les conditions normales.
• Pour réduire l’humidité et l’accumulation consécutive de grive, ne jamais placer
des liquides dans des récipients non fermés à l’intérieur du réfrigérateur.
• Ne jamais placer des aliments chauds dans le réfrigérateur. Laissez-les refroidir
à la température ambiante et placez-les dans le réfrigérateur de manière à
permettre une circulation d’air convenable.
• Placez-y la viande et le poisson nettoyé (emballé dans des paquets ou dans des
feuilles de plastique) qui seront consommés dans les deux jours.
• Les fruits et les légumes peuvent être placés directement dans le bac à légumes,
sans être emballés.
Compartiment congélateur
• Régler le compartiment congélateur au niveau de la barre graphique 2-3 sera
suffisant pour les conditions normales.
• Le congélateur est utilisé pour la conservation à long terme des aliments surgelés
ou congelés, et pour fabriquer des glaçons.
• Ne placez pas des aliments frais et chauds sur les étagères de la porte du
congélateur afin de les congeler. Ne l’utilisez que pour la conservation des
aliments congelés.
• Ne pas placer d’aliments frais ou chauds près des aliments congelés. Ils
pourraient les décongeler.
• Utilisez l’étagère de congélation rapide pour congeler les aliments préparés à la
maison (et les aliments à congeler) plus rapidement en raison de la plus grande
capacité de la salle de congélation.
• Lorsque vous congelez des aliments frais (viande, poisson et préparations),
divisez-les en portions utilisables en une fois.
• Lorsque vous congelez les aliments frais, la quantité maximale d’aliment frais
(en kg) qui peut être congelée en 24 heures est indiquée sur l’étiquette de
l’appareil.
• Pour que la performance optimale de l’appareil atteigne la capacité de congélation
maximale, tournez le bouton du thermostat du congélateur à la position maximale
24 heures avant l’introduction des aliments frais dans le congélateur.
• Après avoir introduit l’aliment frais dans le congélateur, 24 heures à la position
max. est généralement suffisant ; vous n’avez pas besoin de régler le bouton du
thermostat du congélateur à la position max.
• Attention ; afin d’économiser de l’énergie, lorsque vous congelez de petites
quantités d’aliments, vous n’avez pas besoin de régler le bouton du thermostat
du congélateur à la position max.

SECTION 4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Débranchez l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
• Ne versez pas d’eau dans l’appareil pour le nettoyer.
• Les compartiments réfrigérateur et congélateur doivent être
nettoyés régu lièremen t à l’aide d ’une solution de
bicarbonate de soude et d’eau tiède.
• Nettoyez les accesso ires séparémen t avec de l’eau
savonneuse. Ne les lavez pas au lave-vaisselle.
• N’utilisez pas de produits abrasifs ni de détergents. Après
lavage, rincez à l’eau claire et séchez avec soin. Vous pouvez
alors rebrancher l’appareil (vos mains doivent être sèches).
• Le condensateur doit être nettoyé à l’aide d’un balai au
moins une fois par an, afin d’améliorer les performances
de l’appareil et de réaliser des économies d’énergie.
LA PRISE DOIT ETRE DEBRANCHEE.
Veillez à ce que l'eau n'entre pas en contact avec les connections électriques de la
commande de température ou l'éclairage intérieur. Inspectez le joint de porte de temps
en temps.
• Pour stocker les aliments congelés ; suivez toujours les instructions indiquées
sur les emballages des aliments congelés et si aucune information n’est fournie,
ne conservez pas les aliments plus de 3 mois après la date d’achat.
• Lorsque vous achetez des aliments surgelés, vérifiez qu’ils ont été congelés à des
températures adéquates et que l’emballage est intact.
• Les aliments congelés doivent être transportés dans des emballages appropriés
pour maintenir la qualité de la nourriture et doivent être replacés au congélateur le
plus tôt possible.
• Si l’emballage d’un aliment congelé semble être humide et anormalement gonflé, il
est probable qu’il a été stocké auparavant à une température non adéquate et que
le contenu en a été altéré.
• La durée de conservation des aliments congelés dépend de la température
ambiante, du réglage du thermostat, de la fréquence d’ouverture de la porte, du type
d’aliment et de la durée de transport du magasin jusqu’à la maison. Respecter
toujours les instructions d’utilisation figurant sur le conditionnement et ne dépassez
jamais la durée de stockage indiquée.
