• Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box prior to power
supply installation.
• Turn off power prior to performing any maintenance.
• Verify supply voltage accuracy.
• Ensure all electrical and grounded connections are in accordance with
the National Electrical Code and any other applicable local
code requirements.
• All wiring connections should be capped with approved wire connectors.

Reposition V-Hook on the fixture as shown.

Using V-Hook and Chain
Attach S-Hook and chain to
V-Hook. Attach to ceiling using the
proper hardware (not provided).

Hard Leads Connection
Remove cover plate and the appropriate knockout opening. Feed the power leads through the
hole and connect the supplied wire from the
source to the driver.
Wire Color Code
Black or Brown = Line, White or Blue = Neutral
Green or Yellow with Green Stripe = Ground
*Consult with dimmer control manufacturer's for
dimmer wiring instructions.
