Always turn off the computer and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before installing the all devcies to prevent hardware damage.

Step 1 Motherboard Installation

1-2 Installing an Expansion card

Make sure the motherboard supports the expansion card. Carefully read the manual that came with your

expansion card.

Press remove the screw on the expansion clip.(figure a) Open the clip on the rear panel.(figure b)

Press the latch on the back of the white-drawable bar to release the card.

CPU socket lever

Completely raise the CPU socket lever, and remove the protective socket cover.

Align the CPU pin one marking (triangle) with the pin one corner of the CPU socket (or you may align the CPU notches with the socket alignment keys) and gently insert the CPU into position.

Replace the load plate and push the CPU socket lever back into its locked position.

1-3 Installing a Memory

Note the orientation of the memory module. Spread the retaining clips at both ends of the memory socket. Place the memory module on the socket. As indicated in the picture on the left, place your fingers on the top edge of the memory, push down on the memory and insert it vertically into the memeory socket.

A memory module has a notch , so it can only fit in one direction.

Step 2 Installation of Hard Disk

Unlock the drive tray by removing screw.

Slide the hard disk drive onto empty slot, affix HDD by mounting 4 screws on each of drive bay.

Gently push the drive tray handle toward to the close position and lock by screw.

Completely lift up the CPU socket locking lever. Align the CPU pin one (small triangle marking) with the triangle mark on the CPU socket and gently insert the CPU into the socket. Make sure that the CPU pins fit perfectly into their holes. Once the CPU is positioned into its socket, place one finger down on the middle of the CPU, lowering the locking lever and latching it into the fully locked position.

Do not force the CPU into the CPU socket. The CPU cannot fit in if oriented incorrectly. Adjust the CPU orientation

if this occurs.

Step 3 Installation of Optical Device

(Card Reader)

Push the optical device (card reader) inward the trestle, then fixed by screws.

Please connect with Hard Disk , Optical Device's (Card Reader) power connector. All the drawings in the guide are diagrams. About components's quantity and style, substances shall take precedence.

Installing the CPU cooler

Apply an even and thin layer of thermal grease on the surface of the CPU.

Please refer to the cooler manual for detailed installation instructions.
