HouseParty Rise Wireless Please read before use.

Product features:

■ Bluetooth wireless clock radio

■ 12 / 24 hour clock with alarm

■ Line-in port for use with other music players

■ Charge mobile devices via the USB charging port

Getting started:

■ Plug the power cable into the back of the unit and then into the mains supply.

■ Install the coin-cell battery in the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. This battery prevents the clock settings from being lost in the event of a loss of power.

■ To activate the speaker, press the POWER button ( ).

■ To select the mode, press the Mode button to scroll between the options (Bluetooth/ FM / AUX).

■ Press the brightness button on the

speaker to adjust the LED screen brightness. There are 5 adjustable brightness levels.

To pair your bluetooth device with the speaker:

■ On your Bluetooth device go to Bluetooth settings. Turn Bluetooth ON.

■ On the HouseParty Rise Wireless press the MODE button until Bluetooth ( ) mode is selected.

■ Press and hold the Bluetooth ( ) button on the speaker until the Bluetooth ( ) icon flashes quickly and an audio tone is played (about 6 seconds). This indicates the speaker has entered pairing mode.

■ ‘HouseParty Rise’ will appear under devices within the Bluetooth ( ) menu. Select this to pair.

■ Your Bluetooth device will then pair and connect with the speaker after several seconds.

■ To play music, go to the music player on your device and select a track.

■ To pair any additional devices, please follow the above process again.

Connecting your Bluetooth device to the speaker:

■ When the speaker is switched on, it will automatically connect to the last paired device.

■ If connection to that device is not made, you can manually connect another paired device.

■ On your Bluetooth device go to Bluetooth settings.

■ Tap on ‘HouseParty Rise’. The Bluetooth connection between the speaker and device will now be made.

■ To play music, go to the music player on your device and select a track.

Note: Only one device can be connected to the speaker at any given time.

Switching connected devices:

■ To switch the connection manually, short press the Bluetooth ( ) button on the speaker. This will drop the connection to any connected device.

■ On your Bluetooth device go to Bluetooth settings.

■ Tap on ‘HouseParty Rise’. The Bluetooth connection between the speaker and device will now be made.

■ If no connection is made within 30 seconds of the Bluetooth ( ) button being pressed, the

speaker will automatically connect to the last paired device.

Note: Connections between speaker and devices are only possible if devices have previously been paired.

For use with FM radio:

■ Press the Mode button to select FM mode.

■ Press or to scan to the frequency desired.

■ Press and hold or to scan automatically to the next clear frequency.

■ Press to select Presets.

To save a preset frequency:

■ You can save up to 9 FM presets on the speaker.

■ Adjust the radio to your desired frequency then press and hold the Play/Pause button until ‘Pr 01’ is flashing. Move to the desired memory position by turning the SET button. Press the SET button to save.

To set the clock:

■ Press the SET button when the speaker is in Standby mode.

■ Turn the SET button to select either 24 hour or 12 hour. Now press the SET button to save.

■ The hour display will begin to flash. Turn the

SET button to adjust the hour. Now press the SET button once again to save.

■ The minute display will start flashing. Turn the SET button to adjust the minutes. Press the SET button to save.

■ The display will begin to flash with one of the days of the week. Turn the SET button to change the day of the week you require. Now press the SET button to save.

TO ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE THE ALARMS:

■ Press the Alarm button on the speaker until the alarm you wish to activate is illuminated.

■ When the alarm is not illuminated, it is deactivated.

To set the alarm:

■ Press the Alarm button until the alarm you wish to set is illuminated.

■ Press and hold the Alarm button until the hour digits begin flashing.

■ Turn the SET button to adjust the hour. Now press the SET button to save.

■ The minute display will now begin to flash. Turn the SET button to adjust the minutes. Now Press the SET button to save.

■ The days of the week will start flashing. Turn the SET button to adjust between weekends,

weekdays or all week. Press the SET button to save.

■ Turn the SET button to scan through alarm modes – FM or buzzer. Press the SET button to save.

■ Turn the SET button once again to adjust the volume level. Press the SET button to save.

Snooze function:

When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE button on the speaker. The alarm will repeat after 10 minutes.

■ Press any button except the SNOOZE button, to stop the alarm for that day.

■ If no buttons are pressed, the alarm will ring continuously for 1 hour.

Sleep function:

The sleep timer switches the unit off automatically after a set interval.

■ To activate the sleep timer, press the SET button when the speaker is switched ON.

■ Turn the SET button to cycle through OFF, 10min, 20, 30...60. Press SET to confirm the Sleep Timer. This is the time after which your speaker will turn off.

■ To turn off the sleep timer, repeat the above steps and rotate to OFF.

Note: When setting the above functions, the speaker will return to its previous display after

5 seconds of no activity.

Factory reset:

■ To restore the speaker to factory reset remove the power source and backup battery for 10 seconds.

Note: Any settings you have saved in the following functions will be deleted after a factory reset: Time; Alarms.

Please ensure that your device is using the latest software version.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.

The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.

Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

Ensure batteries are inserted as indicated inside the battery compartment.

UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION

Unpack your unit carefully. We recommend that you save the packaging in case you ever need to store your unit. To avoid damage, never place the unit or its batteries near radiators, in front of heating vents, under direct sunlight or near water.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

‒ When disconnecting the power supply, pull

the plug first. Do not pull the cord by itself.

‒ Never handle the power plug with wet hands,

as this could cause fire or electric shock. ‒ Refer servicing to qualified personnel only. ‒ Do not open the housing. ‒ Do not twist or pinch the power supply cord.

If the plug or power supply cord needs to be

replaced, ensure that it complies with the

manufacturer’s recommendation. ‒ Unplug the unit during lightning storms and

when unused for extended periods of time. ‒ Where the MAINS plug or an appliance

the disconnect device shall remain readily

Prise en main :

■ Branchez le câble de courant alternatif au dos de l’appareil, puis branchez l’autre extrémité au secteur.

■ Installez la pile bouton dans son compartiment, situé sous l’unité. Cette pile permet de conserver les paramètres de l’horloge en cas de coupure de courant.

■ Pour activer le haut-parleur, appuyez sur la touche POWER ( ).

■ Pour sélectionner le mode, appuyez sur la touche Mode du haut-parleur, et faites défiler les options (Bluetooth / FM / AUX).

■ Appuyez sur la touche de luminosité du haut-parleur pour régler la luminosité de l’écran à cristaux liquides. 5 niveaux de luminosité sont disponibles.

Pour associer votre appareil Bluetooth au haut-parleur :

■ Sélectionnez les paramètres Bluetooth sur votre appareil.

■ Activez le mode Bluetooth.

■ Sur le HouseParty Rise Wireless, appuyez sur la touche de mode jusqu’à ce que Bluetooth ( ) s’affiche.

■ Maintenez enfoncé la touche Bluetooth ( ) du haut-parleur, jusqu’à ce que l’icône correspondante clignote rapidement et qu’une tonalité soit audible (environ 6 s.). Ceci indique que le haut-parleur est en mode Association.

■ « HouseParty Rise » s’affiche dans la section des périphériques du menu Bluetooth ( ) . Sélectionnez cette entrée pour l’associer.

■ Votre appareil Bluetooth s’associe au haut-parleur et s’y connecte en quelques secondes.

■ Pour écouter de la musique, utilisez simplement votre lecteur de la façon habituelle.

■ Pour associer des périphériques supplémentaires, appliquez à nouveau le processus ci-dessus.

Connexion de votre appareil Bluetooth au haut-parleur :

■ Lorsque le haut-parleur est activé, il se connecte automatiquement au dernier périphérique associé.

■ Si aucune connexion ne se fait avec le périphérique, vous pouvez connecter manuellement un autre périphérique associé.

■ Sélectionnez les paramètres Bluetooth sur votre appareil.

■ Appuyez sur « HouseParty Rise ». La connexion Bluetooth s’établit entre le haut-parleur et le périphérique choisi.

■ Pour écouter de la musique, utilisez simplement votre lecteur de la façon habituelle.

Remarque : Vous ne pouvez connecter qu’un seul périphérique à la fois au haut-parleur.

Permutation des périphériques connectés :

■ Pour faire basculer la connexion, appuyez sur la touche Bluetooth ( ) sur le haut-parleur. Cette opération annule toute autre connexion en cours.

■ Sélectionnez les paramètres Bluetooth sur votre appareil.

■ Appuyez sur « HouseParty Rise ». La connexion Bluetooth s’établit entre le

haut-parleur et le périphérique choisi.

■ Si aucune connexion ne se fait sous 30 s, le haut-parleur se connecte automatiquement au dernier périphérique associé.

Remarque : Les connexions entre le hautparleur et les périphériques sont également possibles si des périphériques ont déjà été associés.

Utilisation de la radio FM :

■ Appuyez sur la touche Mode pour sélectionner le mode FM.

■ Appuyez sur la touche / pour sélectionner la fréquence désirée.

■ Maintenez enfoncée la touche / pour rechercher automatiquement la fréquence audible suivante.

■ Appuyez sur pour accéder aux préréglages.

Mémorisation d’une fréquence préréglée :

■ Vous pouvez prérégler jusqu’à 9 stations FM.

■ Réglez la radio sur la fréquence voulue, puis appuyez sur Lecture/Pause jusqu’à ce que « Pr 01 » clignote. Mémorisez cette sélection en appuyant sur SET. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour valider.

Réglage de l’horloge :

■ Appuyez sur la touche SET lorsque le haut-parleur est en mode Veille.

■ Faites tourner la molette SET pour sélectionner l’affichage de 24 ou 12 heures. Appuyez ensuite sur la touche SET pour l’enregistrer.

■ Les heures clignotent. Faites tourner la touche SET pour régler l’heure. Appuyez encore une fois sur la touche SET pour enregistrer les paramètres.

■ Les minutes clignotent. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour régler les minutes, puis à nouveau sur la touche SET pour les enregistrer.

■ Le jour de la semaine clignote. Faites tourner la touche SET pour changer le jour de la semaine requis. Appuyez ensuite sur la touche SET pour l’enregistrer.

ACTIVATION / DÉSACTIVATION DES ALARMES :

■ Appuyez sur la touche Alarm du haut-parleur pour illuminer l’alarme voulue.

■ Lorsque l’alarme est éteinte, elle est désactivée.

Réglage de l’alarme :

■ Appuyez sur la touche Alarm jusqu’à ce que l’alarme voulue clignote.

■ Maintenez enfoncé le bouton Alarm jusqu’à

ce que les heures clignotent.

■ Faites tourner la touche SET pour régler l’heure. Appuyez ensuite sur la touche SET pour l’enregistrer.

■ Les minutes clignotent. Faites tourner la touche SET pour régler les minutes. Appuyez ensuite sur la touche SET pour les enregistrer.

■ L’un des jours commence à clignoter. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour sélectionner les weekends, les jours de la semaine ou tous les jours. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour enregistrer les paramètres voulus.

■ Faites tourner la touche SET pour parcourir les modes d’alarme : FM ou vibreur. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour enregistrer les paramètres voulus.

■ Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche SET pour régler le niveau du volume. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour enregistrer les paramètres voulus.

Arrêt momentané :

Lorsque l’alarme se déclenche, appuyez sur la touche SNOOZE du haut-parleur. L’alarme sera répétée au bout de 10 minutes.

■ Appuyez sur n’importe quel bouton, sauf le bouton SNOOZE, pour arrêter l’alarme de ce jour.

■ L’alarme retentira pendant 1 heure, si aucune

touche n’est actionnée.

Veille :

La temporisation éteint l’unité automatiquement au bout de la période spécifiée.

■ Pour activer la mise en veille, appuyez sur la touche SET lorsque le haut-parleur est en MARCHE.

■ Faites tourner la touche SET pour parcourir OFF, 10min, 20, 30… 60. Appuyez sur SET pour confirmer le temps de veille requis. Cette valeur conditionne le temps de veille du haut-parleur.

■ Pour désactiver ce minuteur, répétez les étapes ci-dessus et sélectionnez OFF.

Remarque : Lors du réglage des fonctions ci-dessus, le haut-parleur rétablit l’affichage précédent après 5 secondes d’inactivité.

Réinitialisation des valeurs d’usine :

■ Pour rétablir les paramètres par défaut du haut-parleur, maintenez enfoncé le bouton d’alimentation pendant 10 s.

Remarque : Les paramètres que vous avez enregistrés dans les fonctions suivantes seront supprimés après la réinitialisation par défaut : Heure; Alarmes.

Assurez-vous que le logiciel de votre appareil est à jour.

DÉBALLAGE ET INSTALLATION

Déballer l’appareil avec soin. Nous recommandons de conserver l’emballage, pour tout stockage prolongé éventuel de l’appareil. Pour éviter tout endommagement, ne jamais placer l’appareil ou ses batteries près d’un radiateur, près d’une bouche d’aération, sur un rebord de fenêtre exposé au soleil ni près d’une source d’eau.

DANS L’INTÉRÊT DE LA SÉCURITÉ

‒ Pour débrancher l’adaptateur d’alimentation,

tirer sur la fiche. Ne jamais tirer sur le cordon.

‒ Ne jamais manipuler la fiche d’alimentation

avec des mains mouillées, sous peine d’électrocution ou d’incendie.

‒ Consulter exclusivement un personnel

qualifié pour toute réparation.

‒ Ne pas ouvrir le boîtier. ‒ Ne pas tordre ni pincer le cordon

d’alimentation. Si la fiche ou le cordon doivent être remplacés, vérifier qu’ils sont conformes aux recommandations du fabricant.

‒ Débrancher l’appareil pendant les orages

avec foudre et lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé pendant une période prolongée.

‒ Lorsqu’une prise secteur ou un connecteur

est utilisé en tant que dispositif de déconnexion, le dispositif de déconnexion doit rester opérationnel.

MISE AU REBUT

Erste Schritte:

■ Stecken Sie das Wechselstromkabel in den Anschluss auf der Rückseite des Geräts und dann in den Netzanschluss.

■ Legen Sie die Knopfzelle in das Batteriefach auf der Unterseite des Geräts ein. Diese Batterie verhindert, dass die Zeiteinstellungen bei einer Unterbrechung der Stromversorgung verloren gehen.

■ Um den Lautsprecher zu aktivieren, drücken Sie die POWER-Taste ( ).

■ Um den Modus zu wählen, drücken Sie die Mode-Taste, um zwischen den Optionen zu wechseln (Bluetooth / FM / AUX).

■ Zur Regelung der Helligkeit des LED-Displays drücken Sie die Helligkeitstaste am Lautsprecher. Es gibt 5 einstellbare Helligkeitsstufen.

Verbindung Ihres BluetoothGeräts mit dem Lautsprecher:

■ Gehen Sie auf Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät zu den Bluetooth-Einstellungen.

■ Schalten Sie Bluetooth EIN.

■ Drücken Sie am HouseParty Rise Wireless die Mode-Taste, bis der Bluetooth-Modus ( ) gewählt ist.

■ Halten Sie die Bluetooth-Taste ( ) am Lautsprecher gedrückt, bis das BluetoothSymbol ( ) schnell zu blinken anfängt und ein Signalton zu hören ist (ungefähr 6 Sekunden lang). Dies weist darauf hin, dass sich der Lautsprecher im Verbindungsmodus befindet.

■ ‘HouseParty Rise’ erscheint in der Liste der Geräte im Bluetooth-Menü ( ). Wählen Sie dies, um das Gerät zu verbinden.

■ Ihr Bluetooth-Gerät stellt dann nach einigen Sekunden eine Verbindung zum Lautsprecher her.

■ Um Musik wiederzugeben, gehen Sie zum Musikplayer auf Ihrem Gerät und wählen Sie einen Titel.

Herstellen einer Verbindung zwischen Bluetooth-Gerät und Lautsprecher:

■ Wenn der Lautsprecher eingeschaltet ist, stellt er automatisch eine Verbindung zu dem zuletzt verbundenen oder synchronisierten Gerät her.

■ Falls keine Verbindung zu diesem Gerät hergestellt wird, können Sie manuell ein anderes verbundenes Gerät anschließen.

■ Gehen Sie auf Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät zu den Bluetooth-Einstellungen.

■ Tippen Sie auf ‘HouseParty Rise’. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen dem Lautsprecher und dem gewählten Gerät wird jetzt hergestellt.

■ Um Musik wiederzugeben, gehen Sie zum Musikplayer auf Ihrem Gerät und wählen Sie einen Titel.

Hinweis: Es kann nur ein Gerät auf einmal an den Lautsprecher angeschlossen sein.

Wechseln zwischen verbundenen Geräten:

■ Um die Verbindung manuell zu wechseln, drücken Sie kurz auf die Bluetooth-Taste ( ) am Lautsprecher. Dadurch wird die Verbindung zu dem angeschlossenen Gerät unterbrochen.

■ Gehen Sie auf Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät zu den Bluetooth-Einstellungen.

■ Tippen Sie auf ‘HouseParty Rise’. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen dem Lautsprecher und dem gewählten Gerät wird jetzt hergestellt.

■ Falls innerhalb von 30 Sekunden nach Drücken der Bluetooth-Taste keine Verbindung hergestellt wird, stellt der Lautsprecher automatisch eine Verbindung zu dem zuletzt verbundenen oder synchronisierten Gerät her.

Hinweis: Verbindungen zwischen Lautsprecher und Geräten sind nur möglich, wenn die Geräte zuvor verbunden wurden.

Verwendung mit FM-Radio:

■ Drücken Sie die Mode-Taste, um den FM-Modus zu wählen.

■ Drücken Sie die / Taste, um die gewünschte Frequenz zu wählen.

■ Drücken und halten Sie die / Taste gedrückt, um automatisch zur nächsten störungsfreien Frequenz zu gehen.

■ Drücken Sie , um voreingestellte Frequenzen zu speichern.

Voreingestellte Frequenz speichern:

■ Sie können bis zu 9 FM-Voreinstellungen speichern.

■ Stellen Sie das Radio auf die gewünschte Frequenz ein; drücken und halten Sie dann

die Play/Pause-Taste gedrückt, bis ‘Pr 01’ blinkt. Gehen Sie zur gewünschten Speicherplatznummer, indem Sie die SET-Taste drehen. Zum Speichern drücken Sie die SET -Taste.

Uhrzeit einstellen:

■ Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, wenn sich der Lautsprecher im Standby-Modus befindet.

■ Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um entweder die 24- oder die 12-h-Anzeige zu wählen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die gewählte Einstellung zu speichern.

■ Die Stundenanzeige beginnt zu blinken. Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie wiederum die SET-Taste, um die Einstellung zu speichern.

■ Die Minutenanzeige beginnt zu blinken. Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um die Minute einzustellen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die Einstellung zu speichern.

■ Auf dem Display beginnt einer der Wochentage zu blinken. Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um den gewünschten Wochentag zu wählen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die Einstellung zu speichern.

ALARME AKTIVIEREN UND DEAKTIVIEREN:

■ Drücken Sie die Alarm-Taste am Lautsprecher bis der zu aktivierende Alarm beleuchtet ist.

■ Wenn der Alarm nicht beleuchtet ist, ist er deaktiviert.

Weckzeit einstellen:

■ Drücken Sie die Alarm-Taste, bis der gewünschte Weckruf aufleuchtet.

■ Drücken und halten Sie die Alarm-Taste gedrückt, bis die Stundenziffern zu blinken anfangen.

■ Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die Einstellung zu speichern.

■ Die Minutenanzeige beginnt zu blinken. Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um die Minuten einzustellen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um zu speichern.

■ Die Wochentage beginnen zu blinken. Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um Wochenende, Wochentage oder Ganze Woche zu wählen. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die gewählte Einstellung zu speichern.

■ Drehen Sie die SET-Taste, um die Alarmmodi durchzugehen – FM oder Summer. Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um zu speichern.

■ Drehen Sie erneut die SET-Taste, um die Lautstärke einzustellen. Drücken Sie zum Speichern die SET-Taste.

Schlummerfunktion:

Wenn der Alarm ertönt, drücken Sie die SNOOZE-Taste auf dem Lautsprecher. Der Alarm wird nach 10 Minuten wiederholt.

■ Drücken Sie beliebige Taste außer SCHLUMMERN, um den Alarm für diesen Tag auszuschalten.

■ Der Weckruf ertönt 1 Stunde lang, wenn keine Tasten gedrückt werden.

Sleep-Funktion:

Der Sleep-Timer (Abschalt-Timer) schaltet das Gerät nach voreingestellten Intervallen automatisch ab.

■ Zum Aktivieren des Sleep-Timers drücken Sie die SET-Taste, wenn der Lautsprecher EINGESCHALTET ist.

■ Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um die Einstellungen OFF, 10 min, 20 , 30...60 durchzugehen. Drücken Sie SET, um die Einstellungen des Sleep-Timers zu bestätigen. Die ist der Zeitraum, nach dem der Ihr Lautsprecher automatisch ausgeschaltet wird.

■ Sie können den Sleep-Timer deaktivieren, indem Sie die obigen Schritte wiederholen und die Einstellung OFF wählen.

Hinweis: Beim Einstellen der obigen Funktionen kehrt der Lautsprecher nach 5 Sekunden ohne Aktivität zur vorherigen Anzeige zurück.

Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen:

■ Um den Lautsprecher auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen, halten Sie die Power-Taste ungefähr 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt.

Hinweis: Durch das Zurücksetzen auf die Werkseinstellungen werden Einstellungen, die Sie bei den folgenden Funktionen gespeichert haben, gelöscht: Uhrzeit; Alarme.

AUSPACKEN UND INSTALLIEREN

Packen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus. Es empfiehlt sich, die Verpackung für den Fall aufzubewahren, dass Sie das Gerät einmal lagern müssen. Stellen Sie das Gerät oder seine Akku nicht in der Nähe von Heizkörpern oder vor einem Heizlüfter auf, und setzen Sie es weder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung noch Feuchtigkeit aus, um eine Beschädigung zu vermeiden.
