Getting Started

To set up your BluStream RX
please follow these steps:

• Plug the power/audio cable into
the BluStream RX

• Plug the AC power cable into the
port of the power/audio cable,
then into the mains supply

• Plug either the 3.5mm cable OR
the RCA cable into the port of
the power/audio cable, then into
the AUX line-in port of your hi-fi.

To switch the BluStream RX on:

• Press the Power/Pair button on
the unit and hold for 1 second.

• The lights will flash red and

blue, the unit is now on and in
pairing mode.

To switch the BluStream RX off:

• Press the Power/Pair button on
the unit and hold for 2 seconds.

• The light will flash red, and the

music and unit will turn off.

RX-GEAR4” to pair the device

• Please refer to your Bluetooth
device’s user manual for
assistance.

• Select the “BluStream RX

- GEAR4” to pair. (If your
Bluetooth device require a
passcode enter: ‘0000’)

When pairing is successful the red
light will stop and the blue light
will continue to flash.

A2DP (Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile) converts
normal audio files, such as MP3
player files in a mobile phone or
computer, into streaming music.
Many new phones are now made
with this feature built in.

For use with Bluetooth device:

• Place your Bluetooth device
within 30cm of the BluStream RX.

• Ensure there is mains power
connected to the BluStream RX.

• Open the Bluetooth function on
your Bluetooth device and
search for the “BluStream

BluStream RX remembers the
last seven devices used, and will
prioritise them in pairing order
Note: the Bluetooth devices needs
Bluetooth V1.2 and above and
A2DP stereo Bluetooth.

Prise en main

Pour installer votre BluStream RX,

• Branchez le câble

Pour allumer votre
BluStream RX:

• Appuyez sur le bouton

Bluetooth:

• Placez votre appareil Bluetooth à
30 cm de votre BluStream RX.

• Vérifiez que le BluStream RX est
relié à une prise secteur.

• Activez la fonction Bluetooth
de votre appareil et recherchez
l’unité “BluStream RX-GEAR4”
pour effectuer le pairage.

de votre appareil Bluetooth pour

• Sélectionnez “BluStream RX

Erste Schritte

Zum Einrichten des BluStream RX

• Stecken Sie das Netz­/Audiokabel in das

BluStream RX.

• Stecken Sie das

Netzanschluss.

So schalten Sie das BluStream
RX ein:

• Drücken Sie die Softtouch-Taste
am Gerät und halten Sie sie 1
Sekunde lang gedrückt.

• Selecteer “BluStream RX

- GEAR4” om te verbinden

• Als het Bluetooth-apparaat om
een pincode vraagt, voer je
0000 in

Als de verbinding is gemaakt, gaat
het rode lampje uit en blijft het
blauwe lampje knipperen

BluStream RX onthoudt de zeven
laatst gebruikte apparaten en
