AirZone Series 1 Please read before use.

Features:

■ AirPlay

■ FM radio with programmable presets

■ Volume control dial

■ Charges iPod / iPhone / iPad

■ Line-in port for use with other music players

■ 6 EQ settings plus OFF

Getting started:

■ Plug the power cable into the back of the unit
and then into the mains supply.

■ To switch the speaker on, press the power
switch at the back of the unit.

■ GEAR4 will appear on the LCD display for
approximately 30 seconds whilst the Wi-Fi
module configures. ‘AirPlay’ will then appear
to indicate the speaker is ready for set-up.

■ To switch between modes, press the MODE
button to scroll between the options (AirPlay /
FM / AUX / iPod ).

Set-up:

■ To switch between modes, press the MODE
button to scroll between the options (AirPlay /
iPod / FM / AUX).

■ To stream music wirelessly to the AirZone
Series 1, the unit first needs to be registered
to your wireless home network.

■ Press the MENU button on the remote control.

or to scroll until Wi-Fi is shown.
Press ENTER. Scroll again using the
keys until the desired network is shown.

■ Press ENTER and then input your Wi-Fi pass
code. Use the
VOLUME CONTROL to scroll between
characters. Move to the next character by
pressing
speaker. Press Enter when finished. After a
few seconds the display will show ‘Wi-Fi’.

■ Now press MODE to return to the main
screen. Your speaker is set-up and ready to
use. You only need to perform this
configuration once.

Note: Depending on the configuration of your
Wi-Fi router, your password may be case­sensitive. Please check before entering your
Wi-Fi password into the AirZone Series 1.

■ Using your iPod touch, iPhone, iPad or iTunes
on your PC or Mac, you can stream music
wirelessly to the AirZone Series 1, over Wi-Fi.

■ Once you have completed the set-up process
above, simply access your music library and
select a song.

Note: The remote will not control devices
connected via a 3.5mm cable.

EQ settings:

■ Press EQ on the remote control or the
speaker to scroll through the equaliser
settings - ROCK, POP, BASS, CLASSICAL,
JAZZ, ACOUSTIC or OFF.

■ The default EQ mode is OFF. The speaker
will revert to this when powered on and off.

■ The speaker will use the last used EQ when
switched on from standby.

Unpack your unit carefully. We recommend that

Prise en main :

■ Branchez le câble de courant alternatif au
dos de l’appareil, puis branchez l’autre
extrémité au secteur.

■ Pour mettre le haut-parleur en marche,
appuyez sur le bouton alimentation à l’arrière
de l’unité.

■ GEAR4 s’affiche pendant 30 s au cours de la
configuration WiFi. « AirPlay » s’affiche
ensuite pour indiquer que le haut-parleur est
prêt à être configuré.

■ Pour sélectionner le mode, appuyez sur la
touche MODE du haut-parleur, et faites
défiler les options (AirPlay / FM / AUX / iPod).

Remarque : La télécommande risque de ne

iPhone / iPad et contrôlez la musique avec
votre appareil ou utilisez la télécommande
pour consulter les menus de l’iPod / iPhone /

Les enceintes reviennent à ce mode
lorsqu’elles sont éteintes puis rallumées.

■ Lorsqu’elles sont réactivées après une
période de veille, elles reviennent au mode
EQ dans lequel elles se trouvaient avant la
mise en veille.

Erste Schritte:
