• KEEP THREADS CLEAN AND WELL OILED!
Properly maintained tools are safer to use, and they work better.
Model KOR-520 and KOR-14 are designed for use on 10 gauge mild steel. Also for stainless steel up to 12 gauge.
• ENGAGE THREADS FULLY!
Adapter screw should be firmly seated in driver screw before beginning the punching operation. Die and punch should be firmly seated against the wall of the box before beginning the punching operation.
STEP 1:
Mark correct center position for hole as shown in figure 1. (If you are working within close tol­erances, mark center position with cross as indicated at right. These cross lines can be easily lined up with four markings on outer surface of die).Then drill 1/8” pilot hole. Enlarge hole with 7/16” drill so that pull stud can pass easily though metal. (When pre­punched knockout plugs are located in desired position, this step becomes unnecessary).
STEP 2:
Thread the proper adapter screw into the dri­ver head as shown in Fig. 2. (Caution: Adapter screw thread is a left hand thread). To identify the proper adapter screw refer to Fig.3 and the associated chart on page four. Adapter screw should be secured to a firm finger tight­ness.

STEP 3:
Slide proper size die (see chart on page 4) over adapter screw and insert adapter screw in predrilled hole as shown in Fig. 4.
