01 INTERNAL CALL
Lift the handset you will hear the Internal dial tone Dial the desired Extn No.
The called Extn Rings Speech is established when the called party lift the handset If called Extn busy, then use
Auto Call back on Busy feature
described in the manual
02 INTERNAL CLI
In this feature the calling Extn No. is displayed on the CLI phone on which the defined Extn call rings
03 AUTO CALL BACK ON BUSY
While making an Internal call, if the called Extn is busy
On hearing busy tone dial 7, and replace the handset As soons as the busy Extn becomes free, both the Extns rings
simultaneously
04 CALL PICKUP
An Extn can pickup Internal call ringing on another Extn by lifting the handset and dail 8
05 BARGE IN
If some Extn is found busy this feature allows the calling Extn to get into the conversation of the busy Extn after getting warning tone at that Extn. to use this feature.
When you get busy tone on dialing an Extn no. dial 1 to Barge In.
06 CALL FORWARD
This feature allows an Extn to receive the calls at another Extn
To enable lift the handset dail 1* + PPW + 41 + Extn No.
To cancel, lift the handset dial 1* + PPW + 40

07 DO NOT DISTURB
If an Extn does not want to be called, this feature allows the Extn to protect from being called. But the Extn user can call others
Lift the handset an dail 1* + PPW + 31
To Cancel 1* + PPW + 30
08 O’ DIALING
To make an outgoing call in an easyway
Lift the handset dail ‘O’ on hearing the CO dial tone, dial the external required no.
If the CO line is busy, busy tone will be heard
If you not allowed by class of service for external call you will get number un obtained tone
09 CALL TRANSFER AFTER CONSULT / BUSY
When you talking to an external call and wish to transfer the call to another Extn
Lift the handset dial flash and required Extn number
External party gets the music tone and you shall get ring back tone
The call is automatically transfer to the dialled Extn
In case the called Extn doesn’t respond within 20 seconds the call shall revert back to you
After consult the called party doesn’t want to talk to the external party and hangup, you will be automatically connected back to the external party

10 CALL QUEUE
Dial ‘O’ to make an external call, if you find the CO line is busy, then dial 7 over busy tone
If your request is accepted, you get confirmation tone and replace the handset
By using this feature as soon as the CO line becomes free, your Extn will start ringing
And as you lift the handset you will be connected to the CO line dial tone
Now you can start dialing external number
11 REDIAL
A user can redial the last dialled CO number by dialling ##
12 GLOBAL MEMORY
Global memory lets you dail outside number using only 3 digits instead of having to remember the whole number
There is an Central memory of 10 telephone numbers at location 900 to 909
Which can be commonly accessed by all Extns
13 DYNAMIC LOCAL / STD LOCK
The system offers a unique feature to all Extn users to completely prevents misuse of all external calls from their Extns
Lift the handset dial 1**1 for Dynamic Local Lock
To cancel 1* + PPW + *0
Lift the handset dial 1*#1 for Dynamic STD Lock
To cancel 1* + PPW + #0

14 CALL CONFERENCE
This unique feature allows to have a 3 party conference between 1 CO line and 2 Extns
While in conversation with a CO line (incoming or outgoing) press flash to hold a existing CO call and dial the Extn number whom you want to invite for conference
Wait for answer then press flash twice to establish a conference
15 TRUNK CLI
If the CO line is provided by CLI, then on incoming call, the received CLI will be displayed on Extn, when a CO line is transferred from one Extn to another Extn
The External telephone number gets displayed on the LCD unit of the Extn on which the call has been transferred
16 MANUAL DAY & NIGHT MODE
You can set the system to receive the incoming CO calls in different modes in day & night
When the system is in day mode the incoming call can ring in Round Robin
To set the system to day mode lift the handset and dial 1#*, then the CPU LED will blink in green color
When the system is in night mode the incoming call can rings in Simultaneously
To set system to night mode lift the handset and dial 1##, then the CPU LED will blink in red color
17 ROUND ROBIN
If the system in day mode the incoming call comes to the first defined Extn If its is not answered within 5 rings or busy then the next Extn (as programmed) will ring, a maximum of 4 Extns can be programmed to ring in a cyclic manner If all the programmed Extns are busy, warning tone is given to first Extn in the Round Robin

18 SIMULTANEOUS RING
In this mode all incoming call will ring Simultaneously on all Extns
19 AUTO CUT FOR LENGTHY CALLS
This feature helps the customer to restrict the duration of the external calls It disconnects the external calls after 5minutes and can be set for each Extns
20 MUSIC ON HOLD
You can hold a conversating party by the following feature for onward activities as call consult, call transfer, call parking or conference During conversation hook flash you get service confirmation tone for few seconds While the other party get MUSIC ON HOLD Now you can retrive back the hold by hook flash again
21 REMOTE PROGRAMMING
This is the simplest way to attend the service calls, if the customer is facing the problem with systems programming, then without going to customer place you can programme the system over telephone line from other places (even from one city to another) Call the system from the remote end Ask the operator at the system end to flash and dial 1# Now you can dial the system password and continue the program as customer needed
22 PASSWORD PROTECTION
This helps to avoid any unauthorised use and each Extn has a 3 digit password This password helps the customer to use Dynamic Lock, Call forward and DND features Default 3 digit Personal Password (PPW) is 000 To change the Extn password dial 1* + PPW + 2 + new 3 digit password twice
