Before operating this unit, please read manual completely.

Important Safety Instructions

1. This mixer is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

2. To avoid electrical hazards, do not place the mixer in or near water/liquids.

3. Always make sure your mixer is powered off and unplugged before cleaning or removing
any parts.

4. Power cord should be tucked away safely and not touching any hot surfaces.

5. Never immerse the mixer in water or other liquid. This unit can be cleaned using a damp
cloth.

6. Do not attempt to replace internal parts on the mixer. Consult an authorized service
agency.

Installation and Operation

1. Unpack the mixer and the accessories. Clean thoroughly using a non-abrasive cleaner,
such as Noble Chemical’s ready to use ‘Strike’ All Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser

2. Place the unit on a dry, clean countertop near a 110-120V outlet. If you are unsure of

 yourelectricalconguration,consultaprofessional.

3. Use the “open handle” to tilt the head of the mixer back. Attach the bowl by twisting and
locking it into the foundation of the mixer.

4. Add the product to be mixed to the bowl.

5. Choose desired attachment and attach. Twist and lock the attachment in place.

6. Use the “open handle” to return the mixer head back down. The guard will now be
touching the bowl.

7. Ensure the mixer is plugged in and the speed adjuster is at the lowest setting. Turn the
mixer on.

8. Use the speed adjuster to set desired speed.

9. When done mixing, turn the mixer off and tilt the head back to have access to the
product.

Cleaning Instructions

1. The bowl and wire whip are dishwasher safe.

3. The outside of the unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth and Nobles 147FORMULAD.

6 MONTH REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

- This warranty is not effective if damage occurs because of an accident, carelessness,
improper installation, lack of proper set-up, supervision when required or if the equipment is

installed or operated in any manner contrary to the installation and operating instructions.

- Work performed by unauthorized personnel or unauthorized service agencies voids this
warranty.

- This warranty does not apply to any warranty claims made on products sold or used outside of
the United States.
