Key Guide

Function Keys

BACK Backs up or erases a letter.

CLEAR Clears to an entry screen.

DATE Retrieves a frequently used date.

ENTER Enters a date or selects an item.

HELP Shows a help message.

LIST Shows the list menus.

MENU Shows the main menus.

NEXT Shows the next date or adds a day to the date typed.

ON/OFF Turns the product on and off.

PREV Shows the previous date or subtracts a day from the date typed.

Direction Keys

Move left or right.

Move up or down. At an entry screen, adjust the contrast.

Getting Started

1.Press ON/OFF.

A brief demonstration appears.

2.Press CLEAR to stop the demonstration.

3.To adjust the screen contrast, repeatedly press or .

This is an entry screen. You can adjust the contrast only at a cleared entry screen.

Disabling the Demonstration

You probably do not want to view the demonstration each time you start. To disable it, first press MENU. Then press to highlight Other and press ENTER to select it. Then select Disable Demo.

Viewing Help

You can view help information at most screens by pressing HELP. To exit help, press BACK.

To view a key guide, press MENU, select the Other menu, and then select Tutorial. Press the arrow keys to read it.
