Function Keys
Backs up or erases a letter. Clears to an entry screen. Retrieves a frequently used date. Enters a date or selects an item. Shows a help message. Shows the list menus. Shows the main menus. Shows the next date or adds a day

Getting Started

1. Press ON/OFF.

You can set the font size and shutoff time. The font size can be large (2-lines) or small (3-lines). The shutoff time is how long this product stays on if you forget to turn it off.

Finding Personality Profiles

Personality profiles describe the astrological sig­nificance of birth dates. Read them to learn more about yourself or friends.

Finding Famous Birthdays

Horoscopes lists the birth dates of more than 700 famous, twentieth century personalities (two per­sonalities for each day of the year). ways to find their birth dates.

Compatibility descriptions begin with a dis­cussion of the first person’s compatibility, then discuss the second person’s, and fi­nally describe their interactions. Thus the beginning of the descriptions are based al­most entirely on the first person’s birth date horoscope and, therefore, will not change.

Saving Dates and Names

There are two ways to save a date so that you do not have to enter it every time.
Using the Date Key
You can save one, frequently-used date by typing the date at an entry screen and press­ing DA TE. Press ENTER to save it.
The next time you want to enter that date, sim­ply press DATE. Your saved date appears on the entry screen.

Changing Dates at an Entry Screen
You can add or subtract a day to or from any date appearing on an entry screen. Type a date at an entry screen and press NEXT or PREV.
NEXT and PREV can also be used with your saved date. For example, if you save today’s date using the DA TE key (see above), then you can recall it and press NEXT to find your daily horoscope for a week or so.

Y ou can save up to 10 dates plus names or iden­tifying words in your Personal list. Later, you can retrieve those dates for finding horoscopes or compatibility descriptions.

Replacing the Battery: This product uses one CR2032, 3-
volt lithium battery. Should you need to replace the battery, unscrew the screws on the back with a very fine screwdriver and carefully remove the back cover. Cord Electronics warrants to the end user that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by sales receipt.
