使用禁止

禁  止

機器本体に直接水がかかる場所では使用
しないで下さい。火災・感 電の原 因となり
ます。特に屋外での使用（雨天、降雪時、海
岸、水辺）にはご注意ください。

万一機 器内部に水や異物などが入った場
合には、すぐに本製品に接続しているアン
プの電源スイッチを切り、必ず電源プラグ
をコンセントから抜いて下さい。
そのまま使用すると火災・感電の原因とな
ります。

本機 の分解・修理・改 造は絶対にしない
で下さい。火災・感電やけがの原因となり
ます。

窓を閉め切った自動車の中や直射日光が
当たるところなど、異常に温度の高いとこ

ろには置 かないで下さい（カー用品は 除
く）。そのまま使用すると火災・故障の原因
となることがあります。

製品の特長

ハウジング

1.
材質：水目桜

日本 特産、樺(カバノキ)の一 品種。肌目
が緻 密で堅く、表面が美しく仕上がるこ
とから家 具の製造 などに適した高級木
材を使用。TH900専用に熟練職人が手
作業にて加工しています。

仕上げ：漆ボルドー仕上げ
表面の仕上げは、創業1900年(明治33
年)で日本の伝統工芸を今日の工業製品
に活かす｢株式会社坂本乙造商店｣が独
自に開発した漆工芸で行われます。使わ
れている漆は 、ベースとなる黒漆と箔貼
用の 接着漆。格調 高い奥行き感を表 現
するために硫 黄でいぶした何種類もの
色銀箔をちぎり絵の様に貼りこんでいま
す。FOSTEXLOGOはプラチナ箔貼り。

Housing

Material: Betula grossa (Known as
Japanese Cherry B irch)
The tre e is Ja panese speci alty an d its
texture is rigid and dense. It is prize d
as a fine wood for furniture produc­tion.

Finish: Bordeaux
The TH900 housings are proc essed
with the uniq ue lacquer techniques
developed by a group of artisans wh ose
name is Sakamoto Urushi Manuf actur­ing Co., Ltd., f ounded in 1900. The
housings use the traditional art of
urushi lacquer (known as Jap an). This
exclusive lacquer finish n ot only g ives
the h eadphone h ousings an eleg ant a nd
sophisticated visu al aspect, but also it
improves the housings’ durability. The
process re quires various me ticulous
steps. M any differe nt types of sulfu r
smoked silver foils are ad hered on a
black-lacquered b ase, like cr eatin g a
torn paper collage, and then finished
with a rich B ordeaux-wine color paint
as the overcoat. P latinum leav es are
used for the Fost ex br and logos.

ヘッドホン・ケーブル

2.
TH 900専用に開発された7 NOFC使
用のケーブルを採用することで、低音域
を豊かに延ばしました。プラグ・スリーブ
にはジュラルミンを採用し、耐久性を高
めています。

イヤ・パッド

3.
TH9 0 0のイヤ・パッドには卵殻膜から
採取したプロテイン配合の新素 材を採
用し、心地よい肌 触りを実 現。さらに本
革に比べて60%の軽量化を達成してい
ます。

ドライバー・ユニット

4.
磁気回路：ネオジウム・マグネットによる
反発磁界を使 用することで、低歪 率、高
感度、高 ダイナミックレンジを実現しま

した。

振動 板：弊社独自開発のバイオ・セルロ
ース技術による「バイオダイナ」を採用す

る事で、豊かな超低域、素 直な中域、そ
して、特にプレゼンスに優れた高音 域を

再生します。

Headphone Cables

Thick 7N-OFC cables are exclusively
manufactured for th e TH900 that
enhances low frequency repr oduction.
The plug case is made of duralu min
that promises hig h dur ability.

Ear Pads

The TH900 uses pro tein leat her. This
highly comf ortable ear pad material is
made of Eggshell membrane and
successfully ac hieved a weight re duc­tion of approx. 60% comp ared to genu­ine leather.

Headphone Drivers

Magnetic Ci rcuit: Magn etic repulsion
system using neod ymium magnet

The magn etic rep ulsion s ystem gi ves
the TH900 high sensit ivity with wide
dynamic range.

Diaphragm: BIODYN A
Foster developed the diaphragm "BIO­DYNA" for headpho ne application by
using bio-technology. BIODYNA
diaphragm is ma de by Bio- cellu lose
and high perfor mance inorgani c fiber
admixture. The bio-cellulose is gener­ated by acetobacter. It has extremely
fine fiber an d high p urity comparing to
the pl ant fiber cellulo se. As a result,
use of BIODYNA diaphragm achieves
the high quality soun d maintainin g
good balance within the all freque ncy
bands. I t a lso give s advant age of sound
resolution at hig h fre quency.
