WARNINGS and PRECAUTIONS

• CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK, MATCH WIDE BLADE OF
PLUG TO WIDE SLOT, FULLY INSERT.

manufacturer's instructions.

8) Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,
stoves, or other apparatus (including ampliers) that produce heat.

9) Do not defe at the safety purpose of the polarized or groundin g-type
plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A
grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The
wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided
plug does not t into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement
of the obsolete outlet.

Ne détruisez pas la sécurité de la terre ou polarisées - che. Une

l’autre. Une prise de terre possède deux lames et une broche de
terre. La lame large ou la troisième broche sont prévues pour votre
sécurité. Si la che fournie ne rentre pas dans votre prise, con­sultez un électricien pour remplacer la prise obsolète.

10) Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at
plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.

Protégez le cordon d’alimentation d’être piétiné ou pincé, particu­lièrement au niveau des ches, des prises, et le point où ils sortent
de l’appareil.

11) Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.

N’utilisez que des accessoires spéciés par le fabricant.

12) Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table
specied by the manufacturer, or sold with the appara­tus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the
cart/app aratus combination to avoid inj ury from tip­over.

13) Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long
periods of time.

Débranchez cet appareil pendant les orages ou lorsqu’il n’est pas

14) Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Ser vicing is required
when the a pparatus has be en damag ed in any w ay, s uch as power­supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have
fallen into the apparatus, the appa ratus has been exposed t o rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

15) The apparatus shall be used in an open area.

lled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on appalatus.

17) Mains plug is used as disconnect device. It shall remain readily operable and
should not be obstructed during intended use. To completely disconnect
the apparatus from supply mains, the main plug of the apparatus shall be
disconnected from the mains socket outlet completely.

The lightning ash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral
triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated
“dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of
sufcient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to per­sons.

Le symbole de l’éclair éché dans un triangle équilatéral, est
destiné à alerter l’utilisateur de la présence d’une “tension
dangereuse” dans le boîtier du produit qui peuvent être des
ampleur susante pour constituer un risque d’électrocution
aux personnes.
