Norma Star Point Adapter can only be operated by qualified and / or authorized personnel in accordance with the technical data given and the following safety instructions.
In addition, the national law and safety rules corresponding to the processed use of the device must be taken into consideration. This also applies to the use of accessories.
Certain parts of the device inside of the box are exposed to hazardous voltages during the use of the electric device. If you do not respect the safety instructions, serious injury or damage to equipment can occur.
If the Norma Star Point Adapter is connected to higher voltages against earth (max. 600V CATIII) the output connections “HI” carry these high voltages!
The specified measurement category of the input of measuring device has to correspond to the processed use.
Always connect the Star Point Adapter first to the measuring equipment before connecting to the distribution system!

The user is responsible for safe operation of the measuring device and must therefore be suitably qualified and/or authorized.
Safe operation of the measuring device assumes the product has undergone:
careful transportation
professional storage and installation
careful operation and maintenance
A device which is obviously or supposedly damaged or non-working shall not longer be used.
The device shall only be opened by qualified service personnel!
Safe operation of the device is not longer possible under the following conditions:
appearance of visible damage
storage for extended periods of time under
climatic conditions beyond those specified by the manufacturer
exposure to extreme mechanical strain
Maintenance
To clean the synthetic housing, a damp cloth with detergent can be used.
Do not use abrasives or other solvents! No fluid should enter the device.
While the device is being cleaned, the star point adapter must be disconnected from the measuring circuit.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Fluke product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover fuses, disposable batteries, or damage from accident, neglect, misuse, alteration, contamination, or abnormal conditions of operation or handling. Resellers are not authorized to extend any other warranty on Fluke’s behalf. To obtain service during the warranty period, contact your nearest Fluke authorized service center to obtain return authorization information, then send the product to that Service Center with a description of the problem.
