A new feeling of freedom:
clamping without limits.
The vacuum clamping system VAC SYS enables you to machine the workpieces from all sides in
a single working step. No time-consuming readjustment. Work on the main surface, along the
edge or along curves that require 360° rotation of the workpiece and a swivelling range of
90°. The system redenes the concept of freedom and creates the perfect conditions for
healthy, ergonomic working progress.

A powerful yet gentle hold:
clamping without a trace.
A dynamic yet gentle hold on the workpiece surface: the specially moulded cups use the vacuum
to clamp the workpiece safely and reliably. The soft, exible high-quality plastic is particularly
gentle and does not scratch or damage even high gloss polished surfaces. The actual clamping
unit harnesses the power of the vacuum generated to secure the unit to the work bench. Screws or
clamps can be used as an alternative.

Clever accessories for the new vacuum clamping system
VAC SYS will help you overcome any challenge. You can
use two clamping units at the same time for larger,
heavier workpieces: simply attach clamping unit 2 to
clamping unit 1, the vacuum pump and the foot valve.
Four different vacuum pads can be used individually for
different workpiece sizes and the new multifunction table
MFT 3 provides a versatile mobile work space.
Clamp larger, heavier workpieces
So strong!
Connect clamping unit 1 and clamping unit 2 for even greater
exibility. Combine the units with the VAC SYS to machine
particularly large, heavy or curved workpieces efciently and
to a very high standard.

A practical baseRapid vacuum pad changing
So versatile!
Vacuum pads are available in four different sizes, allowing you
to clamp curved and undulating workpieces securely. You can
change the vacuum pads to match the workpiece shape and size
without using tools.
Fast Fix pad changing:
Pull the lock, remove the vacuum
pad and replace with the vacuum
pad of your choice.
So exible!
You can connect the VAC SYS to the new multifunction table
MFT 3 using an adapter plate and fold the VAC SYS down
when not in use. A practical work surface for the workshop
and mobile applications on the construction site.
Space-saving:
You can simply fold the VAC SYS
away when no longer needed.
